1. Modern 3BR 2BA / Family Friendly / Smart Toilets / EV Charging / SFO

Paradise Valley

“I doubt rentals get much better than this. This home is unbelievably taken care of in the best possible way. Edmund is a very responsive owner and staying here was a true pleasure. One recommendation is that I would ask guests to take off their shoes at the entry way. As much as you’ve invested taking care of the home, even if half of the guests follow the suggestion, it will keep the place looking better for longer. Just a thought. Regardless, the home is amazing and I will be highly...

2. Charming 1-bedroom house with AC, WiFi in delightful San Bruno

San Bruno

“Pros: great location especially if you are catching a flight from SFO. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed.Cons: the check in process was not good. The instructions were not clear. We had trouble getting in. Thankfully, the property manager was in the unit and let us in. Communication with the host was challenging. We didn't get responses promptly. Make sure to bring ear plugs as it gets noisy at night with the aircrafts coming in and out of SFO.Suggestions:...

“Stunning views is the best part. If you are ok with staying at a place that is somewhat clean, than you will love this place. It really needs some all around TLC... We found dust, crumbs, dirty socks, spider webs, and more throughout the house. It also does not smell great. I left with a sinus infection. You are responsible for washing your dishes which explains why they were all dirty. I shared some other issues with the property manager who was responsive and nice. The house really does have...

“We keep coming back because this has become our pup’s favorite staycation spot. He loves the large yard, watching the trails from the windows, and exploring the nearby beach and hiking trails with us.The home is simple, comfortable, and has everything needed for a few days away. During our last stay, the yard had become overgrown with foxtails, which can be dangerous for dogs. The owners responded quickly and sent a gardener, but the clippings were left behind, so we weren’t comfortable letting...

11. Mid Century Garden View Home Parking

East San Mateo

“It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ...
