Pensionat i South Side

“Great location, appreciated off-street gated parking at residence. Unit is updated and clean with lots of modern amenities. Had a great visit, would definitely stay here again.”

“Second time staying here. Highly recommended. On-site parking a big plus. Very clean, very communicative and responsive host.”

“The house was very spacious! Everyone slept comfortably. The house is very conveniently located giving you the ability to access food on Carson as well as the highway.”

“Great 3 bed, 1 bathroom place to stay in Southside Pittsburgh. One block walk to E Carson St. Be sure to bring your own bath towels and soap.”

“We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Great location, thoughtful touches, and a smooth check-in/check-out process made this a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!”

“Danielle was very responsive throughout the process from initial questions before booking, through the check in and check out process. This property was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Fresh smelling and clean, down to the baseboards. Not even high cost hotels have been as clean.”

“The location of the property is in the heart of the Southside and walkable to many places (Station Square, over the bridge to downtown, and lots of close places right on Carson St). Street parking is available, but there is not much of it. Our first night we had to pay to park in a public lot just around the corner. The next day I was able to get street parking, and then didn't move my car the rest of the weekend. This is an older apartment and located in a narrow alley. The property was...

“We had a great stay in this beautiful home! The host was super responsive and helpful. The home is spacious and well kept with amazing views of the city. The cherry on top was the driveway/parking area that accommodated our five vehicles. Great choice for our family get together!”

“The property is in a rough part of town and the entrance is in an ally. We had to pay for parking on the street which was a pain. When you walked in you had to go up 20 flights of steps. We were fine but for an older person no way. There were many lights and plugs that didn't work. Kitchen was new and nice but we never used it.”

“Stayed for a guys weekend with the family, everybody was very happy with the accommodations and the proximity to restaurants and such. Phil and Dotty were two of the most gracious responsive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Would def rent again if back in Pittsburgh”

“I stayed at the property with two teenage sons and wife while we went to visit colleges on a long weekend. The property was perfect for our family of four due to the price and location. We drove most places, but you could walk to some of the popular places. I would recommend that families with younger kids look for alternatives. There was a lot of noise due to the people going to the bars on Carson Street. I would definitely return with a group of friends or other adults. Chad was responsive to...
