Great for families with one drawback

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious and generous family room, ample bedrooms, great yard, grill, and fire pit. Only drawback is that there is no great place for more than four people to eat together in the house. Bring camp chairs and eat outside if you can.

Amazing House/Martha Murray Vacation Rentals

The house was great! Nice, quiet neighborhood, great fenced in back yard. Everything at the house was as advertised. Property is close to several beaches and much great history; and about 90 minutes from Boston for a whole lot more to do as well! The agency was very easy going and pleasant to work with and had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use this property specifically and this agency generally again.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a quiet residential area that was halfway between Hyannis and Dennis port. There were so many fabulous restaurants nearby as well as recreational opportunities, beaches, and supermarkets. The house itself had immaculate lawns and beautiful hydrangea bushes bordering the house. Inside, the house was comfy and was wonderful for my family to gather, eat and hang out. I really appreciated Martha Murray Vacation Rental helping me when asked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house became available at the last minute. Friends were going to be on the Cape that week, so we jumped at the opportunity. There are 4 great sized bedroom, but my husband and I didn't need all that room. The house is a great size if you need room. The backyard is fenced, there is an outside shower.

lovely home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors where dirty and the cable went out. For future stays - please have a manual on how to change and manage all the remotes. If needed, please have a person on duty when not in the office to troubleshoot items.given the cost of the house, it would be nice to have soaps, paper products, etc and more bowls to work with.
