The Space:

A classic Cape house with a large backyard, deck, and just minutes from the Nantucket Sound beaches; this ideal location awaits for 6 guests. Just under a mile from the home is Parkers River Beach, a local beach perfect for a quick dip and sunbathing. One mile further brings you to the mouth of the Bass River, a perfect place to watch the boats pass with your toes in the sand. Across the Bass River is West Dennis beach, another prime spot for relaxing and sunbathing, or taking a stroll along the 1+ mile stretch of sand.



Inside the home, 3 bedrooms offer space for 6 guests, along with 2 full bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, living area, a sunroom breezeway, and a decked area outside with a propane grill. Two of the larger bedrooms each have a Queen bed, and the third bedroom offers two twin bunk beds. The living room offers comfortable seating and a flat screen Smart TV with cable and streaming, so you can enjoy a movie night, or catch up on the news and weather in the morning. Outdoor dining seating provides a wonderful space to relax and enjoy the evenings, a fire pit to cozy up to as the sun sets, and an outdoor shower provides an ideal place to rinse off after a day in the sun and sand.



The main street in South Yarmouth is just a few hundred yards away, which means you can take a stroll to Scapicchio's Bakery, or Skipper Chowder House with water views, or take a cruise east or west and you’ll find many restaurants and shops along route 28. East will bring you towards the center of South Yarmouth, and west will bring you to West Yarmouth, the home is situated right between the two. Conveniently, but quietly located, this home offers a prime South Yarmouth location and is a wonderful spot to return to each day after enjoying beautiful Cape Cod, don’t miss it!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It was impeccably clean and ready for arrival. The location is great for visiting all the towns all over the Cape. Check in and check out was a breeze. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the back deck and we had bunnies visit us every day. We were lucky to have beautiful weather. This is quintessential Cape Cod!

The house is so cute, clean, and comfy! It was perfect for our family of 4. Del Mar is very accommodating. The dryer went out and they had someone there that same day. When the dryer needed parts, they offered laundry service for our family.

Great place to stay

This was a very nice place to stay while we were in Cape Cod. Its location is great for easily getting to anywhere we wanted to go. My only complaint would be that the dryer didn’t work but I’m sure it’s fixed by now. Very cute cottage!

A great place to stay….

The house was spotlessly clean, very nicely appointed, very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. The only problem we had was with the lock/key to enter the house. The realty company was very responsive and all worked out in the end.
