    The property offers many amenities to ensure a memorable stay. Gather with your loved ones in the spacious living room with 30-foot ceilings, cook in the fully stocked chef's kitchen or head into the expansive yard for a lively game of badminton or whiffle ball. In the evenings you can kick back on the patio or stroll around our beautiful neighborhood lined with Hydrangea-accented homes...it's just a short walk to Parker's River Beach.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Yarmouth, MA! There were 15 of us and the house was absolutely perfect for our group.It was spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. The layout made it easy for group gatherings while still offering space to unwind.We made so many great memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our trip. Highly recommend this truly fabulous home!

This is a fantastic property! Plenty of room for our family of 16! The kids played outside in the front and back yards! We loved that it was walking distance to the beach! And the outdoor shower after the beach was so nice to have!! The host was wonderful at getting right back to us with any questions we had! We hope to return in the future!

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked for 16 people. The beds are quite comfortable; there is cable TV and plenty of other sport and game activities. It is blocks from the beach and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.

The house and location are great! We enjoyed walking to the local beach and the central location made it easy to explore many other places on the cape. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels ans comfy beds. We loved having the use of sand chairs, umbrellas and beach toys! Thanks for sharing your wonderful welcoming home.

Great location, perfect house with plenty of room for the 15 adults. Owner was great to communicate with. It was very easy checkin and checkout. Super clean modern and spacious house. Walk to the beach in 5 minutes.

The best Cape Cod has to offer!

A fantastic place for our Cape Cod trip. Josh is awesome host and house is spectacular. Plenty of space for our two families to spread out, relax and play. Location is great - we loved being able to walk to both the beach and the Skipper. Super close. House was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend Josh's home if you're planning a trip to the Cape! Already talking about a trip back next year.

The VRBO description and photos were accurate. It was a large 8 BR (2 down and 6 up) and 4 bath (2/2) home within walking distance from Parkers River Beach in Yarmouth. Well appointed kitchen and baths with comfortable seating throughout. Has a great secluded backyard with large patio with furniture and grill. Lots of beach toys and towels with a beach wagon. Beach chairs are camping type. With a 2 car garage and large driveway there is easy parking for several cars. Communication with owner is fast and comprehensive. Be advised the living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept and with stairway upstairs with to a great game room balcony it can be noisy.... at least with our multi generation family.
