Our Yarmouth home is .5 -1.5 miles away from beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. It's located at the end of a quiet street in a neighborhood setting. Besides being close to anything that you can imagine making your vacation, easy and comfortable, our home is fully equipped with all the living essentials. Our kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dish ware, baking tools, barbecue tools for both outdoor and indoor cooking. We provide a coffee machine, tea kettle, dishwasher, full fridge, and freezer, microwave, and full stove/oven. Feel free to cook all your meals or walk to some of our favorite breakfast/lunch or dinner spots.

Our main living room has a smart TV, board games and a fully functioning fireplace. If you visit us during the cold season, just bring your firewood. Enjoy reading or drinking your coffee on our recliner by our large picture window.

All of our 3–4 bedrooms have linen, pillows and blankets provided. Plenty of space in our upstairs bedroom for the use of air mattress’ if needed.

This property offers a special bonus where you could use our fourth bedroom as an office if you plan on working remotely. In our fourth bedroom, you have a fully functioning desk with a side filing drawer, smart TV, recliner, closet, and a comfy sofa that turns into a queen size bed.

With two full bathrooms you will have the luxury of taking a shower or soaking in a tub. All towels are provided as well as a hair dryer.

Lastly, our property is at the end of a quiet street that has a path leading you to the town grounds, where the memorial day parade is hosted as well as Yarmouth Seaside Festival in the fall. Cut through this path and walk to Cape Cod Creamery. Our backyard has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. We have a grill with patio dinning set, sectional, fire pit, swinging bench, and additional backyard seating.

The greatest asset to our backyard is that it is completely fenced in so that your children can play while you have a cocktail by the fire pit.

We chose to settle in the heart of South Yarmouth because the beaches are on the Nantucket sound which offers calm and warmer waters. Our home is in close proximity to many beaches, public golf courses, fishing, children friendly entertainment, trails and restaurants. As a family, we’ve enjoyed our walks to the beach, Cape Cod creamery, Ryan’s Amusement Center, mini golf and many local restaurants.
