  • Relax in this charming listed property in the heart of the vibrant village of Botley. Just a short walk to cafés, bars, and restaurants. Enjoy scenic walks and river activities on the nearby River Hamble there is plenty to see and do all year round.

    Only a 10 minute walk from the train station with direct links to Winchester and London.

    Close to Southampton cruise terminals, airport and the Utilita Bowl.

    We can also offer one of the bedrooms as a twin option.

    Strawberry Fields is our luxury first-floor flat which is part of a beautiful Grade II listed building with a brand-new kitchen and bathroom.

    Unload in the private forecourt, with free parking for your stay very close by in Winchester Street, details provided on arrival. If no parking available please contact us direct for an alternative space.

    We provide an information file with local walks, events, menus and entertainment to help you make the most of your stay.

We had a very nice stay at this apartment. The Host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Kitchen was well furnished (high quality appliances), beds comfortable, fast internet, large bathtub and every room was sparkling clean! Botley is a nice small town. Three pubs are nearby, as well as a number of cafes and restaurants. The little town also has some nice shops! We are glad we stayed here for 11 days (used it as a convenient “hub” to spoke out to various tourist destinations).Many thanks to our kind Hosts..Reuben and Caroline!

We were celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday in Botley and needed somewhere to stay. What a find ! The apartment is absolutely fantastic! Its quirky but super stylish, everything is well-designed and amazingly clean. We felt so at home, we would definitely come back. The area is lovely, the communication with Reuben was superb. Top tip for food is Regginas 5 minutes walk away. Thank you for the great experience.

Lovely 2 bed apartment in the centre of Botley. Easy bus ride into Southampton. Everything you need is supplied. Supermarket opposite. Pubs & other food outlets within a few feet. Parking at the brewery was always available. Host was always available to call. Highly recommended.
