Värdshus i Southampton

“svalt och skönt i rummet, personalen var fantastisk från start till slut. Så trevliga och hjälpsamma och man kände sig väl omhändertagen. Kommer gärna hit igen!”

“I must admit - when I read that this pub offered a BnB service, I was sceptical at first. Would it be clean? Would it be noisy? Now afterwards, I have nothing to complain about. The (single) room was clean and modern, had everything I could've asked for. And the accommodation part is next door to the pub, so I was never disturbed by any noise. I didn't engage much with staff, but those two I talked to were both very friendly, helpful and accommodating. High quality accommodation at a very good...

“Very friendly and welcoming owner.”

“Underbar pub att besöka och bo på. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Skön säng och stort fint badrum. Mycket fin frukost. Vi kommer tillbaka.”

“Fantastiskt litet hotell med nya fräscha rum i gammal miljö. En riktigt genuin engelsk pub som förutom god öl serverade en god och varierande frukost. Ligger i en mindre by med en fantastisk omgivning.”

“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“regarding our family's stay at Kings Head on the night of 21st October 2026. What should have been a joyful celebration of my husband’s graduation turned into a distressing and medically unsafe experience for our family. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no heating functioning in our room. As we explicitly informed both the manager and another member of staff at check-in, our two young daughters have sickle cell disease. Cold temperatures are a direct physical trigger for severe sickle...

“Lovely nature area”

“Fantastisk frukost till ett bra pris”

“We had a fantastic stay at The Old Vine and can’t recommend it enough. A special thank you to Bradley for such a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our visit — it truly made a difference. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The restaurant was outstanding: the food was incredibly good. I had the duck leg, and it was an easy 10/10 — absolutely delicious. Parking was convenient, everything was smooth and hassle-free, and the entire experience just felt...

“Ett äldre hotell som inte renoverats på många år. Spindelväv och spindlar i fönstret vittnar om att det inte sköts som det borde. Trots gnisslande madrasser och gammalt ytskick har de rena sängkläder och handdukar. Välj annat boende om ni kan.”
