“Great visit - clean and comfortable and spacious room plus a balcony and fully equipped kitchen PLUS free breakfast, 24/7 Pete’s Coffee access, even a security gate remote opener for free parking access. Oh yes - right off the 5 and super convenient location to all attractions and beaches and PLUS … did I mention the awesome staff? John Carlo and Clyde @ Front Desk very helpful and polite and the housekeepers are the absolute best. You will love this place and We will be back; ”

“Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper...

“Jag vill börja med att säga att personalen var fantastisk, inget problem där! Däremot så stank det rök, rummet stank rök, det stank inne i sovrummet, det var fläckar på väggarna till badrummet och man kände smaken på luften inne i rummet. Jag skulle inte råda dig att stanna här om det inte är nödfall. Återigen, personalen var fantastisk men rummet och korridoren stank helt enkelt för mycket. NOTERA: stanken var av rök. ”

“The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. ”

“Great if you are visiting Disneyland and you have a car. It's about a 10 minutes drive and the Inn has free parking. You can easily sleep 2 persons/ queensized bed so you can save money if you don't mind sleeping together. The neighborhood had alot of fast food restaurants and if you want to save money, the room has a fridge and microwave and there are supermarkets around. You can also sit comfortable by the table in the room:)”

“I mean you get what you pay for is true. Property is alright just feels run down when you look closer. The problems were mainly in the room I had which was the largest one they offered. I share the issues in no particular order , shower only luke warm, main bedroom ac crap it was 98F outside so very much needed, living room tv never worked even after the guy came and “fixed” it, the pullout had many stains and what appeared to be blood spots and urine, the cabinets were all torn up, the bathroom...

“This hotel is in a great location. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. Thisnplace oa bare bones on amenities, only really offering a pool. No gym. No breakfast. No Irons or dressers in the room. Although it has a few small shelves and a mini fridge. ”

“Was charged for parking even though I carpooling with someone else at the hotel. The showers were a little dirty but the room was clean overall. The breakfast and dinner was good. If you are looking for an extravagant breakfast and dinner then probably not here but if you want a quick money saving meal then definitely!!! Also the staff was great!! ”

“We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Knott's Hotel. We arrived early morning and were able to leave our bags while we visited Disneyland for the day. We were able to take the mid-morning shuttle at no charge. Cristina on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Once we arrived back in the afternoon and was able to check in she followed up with us to ensure our luggage had been delivered to our room. She was vey caring to ensure we had everything we needed.
