“After a long day of travel, we arrived to find that the unit had not been cleaned after the prior guest checked out. Beds unmade, dirty bathrooms, crumbs on the counter, trash about. Called host who did not pick up. Called VRBO and sent them pictures. Host finally texted to say the unit had been cleaned and he had pictures, then called to say "it was on him" and he would credit one night stay plus cleaning. I requested a full refund but was denied. He said he would credit the one night...

Good pillows. Being from Texas we loved every room had ceiling fans for air movement. Communication with homeowner was great. ”
