“Friendly and professional check-in & check-out.
Room cleanliness could be improved (furnishings dusty).
Afternoon tea service was a bit rough around the corners: subpar customer interaction skills and knowledge of menu offerings.
The variety and quality of breakfast offerings at Café du Parc were more suited for a diner than a 5-star hotel.

The only reason we selected this over priced hotel was for the view. It was too late to book anywhere else. Also, even though we paid in advance they added an additional night (over $1000) to our bill. They did remove the charge once we complained.
The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful.”
