“We had stayed here years ago under previous owners and it was pleasant. The property has just gone terribly downhill under new owners and was an uncomfortable stay. The place was unkempt, dark and dingy - outside was garbage strewn, the lobby dark and dirty, most of the time there was no staff on duty. Gardens just left to weeds making it a warning before we even entered the place. The room (called a suite) was spartan, desk with no chair, no lamp on one bedside, dirty walls, just rundown...

“Was pleasantly surprised by the room we rented. Room number 1. Had a private washroom, fridge everything we needed for a 2 night stay at the beach. The bed could be a queen to give 2 adults a little more room.
We were grateful for the air conditioner and coffee machine. They supplied a couple bottles of water, some granola bars which help when heading to the beach.
Would be nice to have a patio door to go outside from the room but it was just a short distance to front door. The common area was...

“This property and the owner were fantastic! We stopped off during a road trip and it was exactly what we needed to recharge. We were able to do a little bonfire in the fire pit, and rested comfortably during the night. This was a gorgeous location.”
