Motell i Southern Suburbs

“lite slitet, saknade wifi.”

“Towels were not clean and neither was the duvet which had lots of stains. Disgusting. A microwave was provided but no bowls or cutlery apart from 2 assietts and 2 teaspoons.... Disappointing. Would not book in here again.”

“Good wifi”

“Affordable ..good parking staff were lovely and helpful...not the cleanest nor best maintained...we found someone's dirty underwear in the bathroom cupboard lol”

“The first time we stayed at this hotel - the room was great and has good amenities. Last night we stayed in room 23 and the floor does not have a carpet, but was a painted concrete floor and looked unfinished. To sum it up- the room was in a POOR condition.”

“The motel was adequate for a one-night stay in East Melbourne and provided the basic facilities we needed. The location was convenient for accessing the city, and it served its purpose as somewhere to sleep overnight. However, the accommodation was quite basic and lacked the comfort and presentation we would normally expect. It may suit travellers looking for a simple, convenient overnight option. For us, it was satisfactory for one night, but we would choose alternative accommodation next...

“The dryer didn't work my clothes were wet I didn't have any other clothes I had to wear wet clothes not happy”

“Clean n shop is near by”

“Toilet is clean and nice design. The shower and shampoo are nice fragrant.”

“Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

“Jättenöjda med vår vistelse. Hade lägenhet och det var superbra när man bodde några nätter. Skön säng och ok badrum. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Lite lyhört från korridoren. Poolen ok men ingen höjdare. Toppen med tvättstuga även om den var lite väl ofräsch. Nära till lokala butiker, restauranger och pubar. Lätt att ta sig med spårvagn in till city. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter.”

“Good hotel if you just want a clean room to sleep in and spend most of the day in lovely Melbourne. Helpful staff, we were helped to park our rental car on a staff only slot when guest parking was full.”

“Amazing hospitality. Had a cozy little room where I got to meet my girlfriend for the very first time and also live for a week with her. Had our accidents but the hotel staff were so understanding. Tram to Central goes right outside the entrance, if you take a right from the stairs. Can absolutely recommend staying here, and I will absolutely stay here again.”

“Frankston Bay Motel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, close to shops and beach, convenient to transport arterials and trains. The staff were polite and the room was clean while using eco friendly cleaning protocols.”
