“Cottage was really nice to stay at for our 10 day England trip. Bathrooms being updated was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Being positioned on a golf course off the main road made for quiet nights. The bistro next door with the included 10% discount for staying at the cottage was excellent for breakfast and evening drinks. Perfect little picturesque and quaint cottage. ”

“We needed a property big enough to accommodate 13 people and Bellropes was perfect. Great kitchen, big enough to seat everyone and fully equipped with everything we needed. Garden was huge and being able to get to the beach was an added bonus, if a little further away than the 5 minutes stated.Would definitely recommend for large families wanting a homely place to get-together.Garde ”

“My Friends and I stayed at Cosgrove Cottage over the weekend just gone, and it was nothing short of magical. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The presentation of the actually property was immaculate and the Owners were very possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The Tour of the Grounds was informative but...

“The cottage is perfectly located: 1 minute from the beautiful park, 3 minutes from the High street where shops, restaurants, pubs and transportation can be found and situated in a very quiet street. The price is very good for the quality of the accommodation. The cottage is big and functional. "Läget mitt i Colchester är bekvämt, det är nära till allt. Men det ligger också precis där det är som mest livat på kvällarna, framförallt i veckosluten, och då är det mins sagt högljutt utanför. Det var högsommarvärme under vår vistelse, och eftersom det inte fanns någon ventilation alls var det otroligt varmt i rummet. Det fanns en bordsfläkt, men vi var tvungna att ha minst ett fönster öppet för att få in friskluft, vilket gjorde att allt partyljud utifrån hördes mycket väl och gjorde det svårt att somna. Det var discodunk och högljudda människor flera timmar efter midnatt. Vi rekommenderar andra hotell med mer skyddat läge."
