“The location of the property was so great. The room/apt we had was perfect! All the necessities and amenities were great. The bed was so so comfy and perfect.”

“Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.”

“We were in Texas for a family wedding and decided to stay in Austin to check out the town. The location was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bike trail next to us allowed our group to see a whole other view of the city and work off some of the BBQ we ate. We also took in a U of Texas baseball game.”

“My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The view from the balcony was incredible. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and setup well for our small family of 3). Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. Would love to stay here again. ”

“We came to view the eclipse and had a great time. Property was very nice! We enjoyed the view of the lake and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck. It was nice having a table where we could eat outside. Would’ve like to have had more comfier chairs in the dining area as we played games both nights and sat there extendedly. Master bath was terrific. Would consider renting again if we have a reason to be out that direction!”

“This property was excellent for a short weekend get away with my friends. We really enjoy the location and proximity to bars. The roof top was also a very nice bonus!”

“New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples.”

“Sent multiple message to host over a 6 week period. Didn’t receive any response. Received several automated messages from hosts agent with decent information but was missing details we needed. On day of arrival we were coming in later (after midnight) and the checking process wasn’t clear so called and text the numbers provided. Spent 25 minutes on hold (the 24x7 number) before hanging up. Texts did get answered but this was after we had already figured things out and checked in. Chose a later...

“The property was very cute and the online description was accurate; however, there were some cleanliness issues and access issue (i.e., the lock didn't work, inconsistent communication with property management about securing the property, etc.).”

“We enjoyed the most delightful 2 week stay at this condo! It was very clean and located on the third floor (no one above us). The abundant natural light throughout the condo complimented the cheery sunflower decor which was perfect for our escape from the last dreary weeks of winter in Chicago. We loved watching the sunrise from our terrace and appreciated the desk/work space tucked away in the living room. This location is secluded enough to feel like a get-away, but still close to many fun...

We did yoga on the balcony with the quiet a breeze through all the trees and fields on the property. Very retreat feel! Highly recommend”
