“This house looks just like its pictures. It’s the second year we stayed here for our annual reunion with our college friends. We have our reunion at a different house in the neighborhood so we mostly just sleep at the house. Our only complaint is that both of the king mattresses are rather lumpy. Overall this house is great for families :)”

“Amazing amenities, close to everything, our kids enjoyed the private backyard, the adults loved the yard games + Golden Tee arcade, 6+ parking spots for our vehicles, each master suite has a resort-like bathroom, and Brian was an excellent host. 5-stars all around!”

“My friends and I stayed at this property to view the eclipse in Austin. It is conveniently located to downtown in a peaceful suburb. Plenty of food options close by. The house was very well stocked with necessities and extra items which lend to having a good time with friends. Eugene was great at communicating and really wanted us to feel comfortable at his property. We didn't have tons of people stay, but there were so many areas where people could sleep or just hang out. We recommend this...

“The house was the perfect spot for our family to gather for the solar eclipse. The view and pool were amazing. The house provided nice space for everyone to do what they wanted.”

“Our crew was 5 adult siblings and their families (plus a grandma) and this place was prefect. The suites are massive and can easily fit kids and adults. The house was modern and very clean. The location is close to lots of stuff, we never drove more than 15 mins. The property manager was super responsive on the one small thing we needed help with. If you have a large crew and everyone wants very comfy sleeping arrangements, this is definitely the spot.”
