“The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly & accommodating. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and easy to find, definitely met our expectations. The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We only stayed one night after our cruise and weren't there long enough to use all of the amenities, but I would certainly stay again.”

“This was the absolute perfect little spot for our getaway! Myself, my husband and our 1.5 year old stayed here and LOVED the place. Lots of thoughtful details…had pretty much everything you could think of needing, which was impressive to me in such a small space- especially the fully stocked kitchen. “Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. ”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was well maintained and had everything you needed for a beach visit (towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, surf boards, etc.). We loved the location a little south of the busier areas and just a quick walk across the street to the beach. I also enjoyed morning runs along the sidewalks which run north and south in front of the property. The home was also close to Kennedy Space center which was a very nice experience as well.
