âWe had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

4. Frukostmenyn som var inkluderad var mycket liten. Man fick till och med betala extra för en ynka cappuccino, snÄlt!!

âThis hotel i clearly aimed at long-term stays, with excellent storage space and a good kitchen. As a short-to-medium stay hotel, it did not impress.
The first thing we had to do when checking in was to sign a long contract, in spanish, for a lease. Despite being a Hotels.com "VIP" hotel, none of the promised perks where offered. In the room was more information, quite aggressively written, informing for example that there would be no refill on the soap, shampoo etc (in small bottles for a few...
âWe were so happy with our stay, the service was great and always felt safe and secure. The reception was available 24/7 as well as the really nice door man, extra plus for answering WhatsApp messages so fast when we were not at the hotel. There was water available on the floor which appreciated. The hotel has a really nice location, close to parks, great restaurants and we were really amazed the morning after when we walked out the first time upon arrival the night before.

âThis gem is unassumingly tucked away in a corner of the cityâs highest-end neighbourhood, merely steps to world class boutiques, artisan shops and a plethora of dining options. The property was very private and we felt by times like we had the whole space to ourselves. The daily breakfast was incredible, with nice fruit, yoghurt, cheese, juice, and a special feature each morning. We had a wonderful stay! â
