“Excellent way to start the new year!! We enjoyed Jack’s well appointed home. The primary bedroom with the en suite bathroom and hot tub was great! The layout worked well since all the bedrooms with comfy beds are upstairs. You are really able to unwind. Jack communicated efficiently and quickly from start to finish. Would love to return in the hotter months to take advantage of the beautiful lake!! ”

“First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer...
