“We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful. “The manor house is fantastic, really beautiful gardens and surroundings. It is basically in the middle of nowhere, but very close to Chester and to UK's largest outlet. It is a perfect retreat in the English countryside! The hotel restaurant is very priceworthy, good value and nice service. Breakfast was also really good!”
