“What a lovely little spot, we really enjoyed our time here, it had everything we needed and our dog absolutely loved it! Very clean, had all the essentials and had a pub close enough to wander down to. ”

“The barn is situated on a family farm with the owner, Wendy, living in a neighbouring property. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by Wendy, a lovely welcome pack with cake, biscuits and fudge and even treats for our dog. Nothing is too much trouble and the cottage is equipped with all you could need and more. Although there were only two of us when we travelled, it is very spacious and would be ideal for a larger family with ample parking right outside and a lovely courtyard garden area.”

“We stayed for 1 week. Luckily weather was good for time of year.Host was very welcoming and left a nice welcome gift. Wish we had thought to buy more of her eggs.Nice cottage, soon heated up when it got chilly. Good little village. Sadly didn't try the pub but believe it to be good.So quiet and peaceful. Lots to see in areas nearby.Would love to visit again and hope to next year.I recommend to you. Our dog loved the garden at the rear. Plenty of room for her to run around in safe and secure.”

“We loved the cottage however it wasn’t cleaned to a very good standard. We found someone else’s underwear in the drawers, opened food in the freezer and dirt in the bath on the first day. Cottage was well situated in the village and easily accessible. Local pubs were closed on Monday and Tuesday so not ideal if you want to eat out on these nights. We walked to one pub on the Wednesday to have dinner however we were not greeted in a friendly manner which put us off. We had one drink and left....
