Villan består av tre privata rum, var och en på separata golvet. Varje rum kan hyras separat.

Autentiska sten tegel dalmatiska hus '' Stone Flower '' precis i centrum av staden, håller tusen år gammal tradition av dalmatiska område i den. Beläget nära berömda Diocletianus palats, Peristil, Pjaca torg, Riva, de vackraste delarna av gamla stan. Det ger dig mycket god möjlighet att vara en del av den sociala och kulturella sätt Split till varje besökare som kommer hit. Dessutom view from oförglömlig terrass murar Palace gör Medelhavet anda mycket starkare till dig, hålla gamla, Medeltiden och modern arkitektur tillsammans på ett ställe. Gorgeous view hålla gamla Split och färger görningen mellan soluppgång och stjärnklar natt, vrida ett ögonblick till evigheten ..
Beläget i centrum av Split, utan att behöva ta en taxi eller buss, allt är nära!
Tåg och busstationen ligger bara 800 meter från villan sten blomma. Från stationen måste du gå till Riva - promenaden, sedan Marmontova gatan - kända gatan i Splt, och på slutet av gatan, på höger sida ligger varuhuset Prima Grad. Följ gatan som leder till öst, och när du kommer till parken är här. Mittemot parken finns Villa Stone Flower / Kameni cvit.
Stranden Bacvice är en favorit strand i Split, och det belönas med en blå flagga. Stranden är sandig och havet är turkosblått med kontrollerad renhet. En av de mest kända aktiviteter på stranden spelar "picigin" (ett spel med en boll som spelas i stim), och det är en favorit sommar sport i Split, och du kan också ha kul med andra vattensporter. Nära stranden finns barer, restauranger och konditorier där du kan fräscha upp med en kall drink eller en glass. Om du föredrar grus stränder snarare gå till Marjan backen, det finns också några bra stränder.

We loved this place - the location was great, the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms and were really spacious and the host has everything you needed to enjoy your stay (including umbrellas which were very useful in October!)

Best location

We stayed five nights in this villa. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town. We loved every minute and wished we had more time here. If I was coming back to Split, I would definitely rent this villa again.

We stayed for 9 nights, the whole experience was perfect! Ana contacted me a couple of weeks before our stay with lots of information of things to do, Wi-Fi password etc and even arranged our transfer from the airport.The villa is excellent and is equipped with everything you may need, even scales to weigh your luggage for the flight home. Super clean and modern. We stayed as a family, but it would also suit 3 couples sharing as each room has its own separate entrance, access to the kitchen and outdoor space.The location is perfect, minutes walk from the palace and harbour.

The property was the perfect choice as a base for exploring Split and Omis. Location was perfect and facilities in the property were great. The host could not have been more helpful and even left us a little welcome parcel on arrival. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

A perfect stay!

We loved every minute of our stay at Ana’s charming house right next to Diocletians Palace. Upon arriving we had snacks and drinks in the fridge and Ana’s communication was top notch. We stayed 6 days and loved every minute. It was close to everything- very spacious bedrooms and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location with a superb host.

Beautiful house in a beautiful city. Super convenient location a couple of minutes from the old town

We had 3 generations staying and we each had our own floor with ensuites. The communal outdoor eating area was perfect. Beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Ana was super communicative and provided helpful information. It was a lovely base from which to explore Split and surrounds.

Wonderful apartment close to the palace

Lovely 3 bedroom villa just on the edge of the palace. Very close to bakeries, grocery stores, beach and the waterfront. No car needed as everything is in walking distance. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home for a few meals a day. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Ana was prompt with communication and very helpful before and during our stay.

It's all about location. Easy walk everywhere. Used to be 3 private rooms but rented whole. Kitchen in separate building. Only bad thing really was no indoor common area, outside patio is it.

Serene Split Space

Beautiful Split property with lovely courtyard to escape to from the hustle and bustle outside. Three separate floors with spacious bedrooms and each with its own bathroom. We were three couples traveling together and this property was perfect. The kitchen is separate and right off the courtyard. It was clean and spacious and the hosts were easy to contact and addressed and concerns promptly and courteously. You could hear some noise from the street but we were so tired by the end of the day it never really bothered us. The location is perfect as it is with easy walking distance from shopping, markets, and the Riva.

Absolutely spotless, traditional property, spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with beer and nibbles provided. Lovely terrace, perfect for eating breakfast and evening drinks! Best location for everything, old town, gluten free pizza, Tommy supermarket and Riva promenade. Ana was brilliant at communicating and left lots of info and maps. Cannot recommend enough. We will return!

Great base to explore Split

A lovely property which is a few minutes walk from the centre of Split but set back on a quieter street. 3 large, double rooms with ensuites stacked on top of each other with separate key access makes it very suitable for 3 couples, or in our case, a family with 2 older teens who appreciated their own space. Kitchen is a little quirky, with access off the courtyard, but has everything you need. Ana was lovely to deal with and i would recommend the property and Split.

Lovely character house in old town

We were a family if 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The layout suited us very well as we were independent on each floor. Ana is a great host and looked after us well. We loved being so near to the old town and the beautiful buildings. We walked to the beach most days as it was a very hot week for us. Had some great meals for including vegan . The house is very clean and the beds very comfortable. A few of us had bad reactions to mosquito bites so wished we had brought some heavier duty repellant and remedies etc. Overall Split is beautiful and we would highly recommend this house.thanks Ana!

A great rental from a very helpful host

Ana, the host, was extremely helpful. She provided lots of information and always responded rapidly when we asked a question. The accommodation is very comfortable, has lots of character and is very convenient for the town. The highlight of the property is the balcony, covered with bougainvillea, and with a view over a small local park. When we arrived, the 'welcome pack' was a particularly kind touch. My only reservation was that the parking place was 2/3 on the house's ground and 1/3 on the narrow road. Passing cars get perilously close to the wing mirror - even when folded in. However I think this is 'par for the course' in Split, where ANY parking space is like gold dust! We enjoyed this rental and can recommend it highly.

A great location, an even better manager

This property is a gem in a perfect location! The villa is a little quirky. Three floors with a large bedroom with bath on each. The first floor has a bedroom and what must double as a living room. The kitchen is attached to the building and just outside the ground floor door. It’s all fine assuming you’ll spend most of the group time in the patio. It’s really lovely! But the BEST part is Ana the manager. The kitchen is well equipped. Much more than usual. And she offered and we wisely accepted her offer to make several dinner reservations. She was so attentive and great. Also if you’re going to want a tour of the Diocletian Palace, be sure to opt for a private tour. Otherwise you won’t know what you’re looking at. It’s really worth it.

What an amazing place - 10/10

The house is in a wonderful location, so close to the old town, shops and restaurants. It has its own parking space outside the house. The house itself was perfect for us, so much space and the terrace is just perfect to sit and eat breakfast every morning. The house has everything you need, if not more - in case you forget anything, there are little touches in case you need anything. The air con was available in all the bedrooms which was much needed. The host Ana was one of the loveliest hosts I have encountered, she was so friendly, responsive and had excellent communication prior to our stay and during our stay. She gave me some lovely recommendations and was so helpful with all the questions I had. They had left us some snacks and drinks for us on arrival which was also so thoughtful. I really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone else. It was perfect and my kids did not want to leave! Without hesitation, I would rebook if we were to return to Split.
