We had a great stay here! The apartment has a great location, easy to chat with the host if needed, the place has everything you could need and the place was just as described. We had a great trip in Split!

We loved it! So close to everything. The hosts were so friendly and helpful for all of us. Split is so very beautiful!!! Would definitely stay here again!

A nice place to stay near the palace and walking distance to swimming beaches. Stocked with lots of interesting art. A little hard to find and there are 4 flights of stairs!

Perfect location. It was nice to have the host meet us and show us around. The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook a family dinner for eight.

We had a wonderful stay in Split at the apartment. The host was available for questions about Split and very helpful. We had a great conversation!The rooms were clean and set up perfect for a family of 6. Also the location was very convenient to the markets and waterfront restaurants and shops.

Great location very close to main tourist area. Walkable to waterfront and palace. Shopping and restaurants all close by. Apartment nice with everything you need. Note it's on top floor with no lift.

The location was fantastic being in the Old Town and so close to the markets. We enjoyed having more space. Just note that you need to take your luggage up good three flights of stairs so hopefully your bags aren’t too heavy and people you are travelling with can do stairs.

Great apartment for a large family

My wife and I stayed with my parents and two teenaged daughters. The apartment was fantastic and well equipped with everything we needed. Our host were extremely friendly and helped us out with ideas for places to visit nearby. I would highly recommend!

Unique apartment, excellent location!

Beautiful apartment with amazing antiques and art collection. Minutes from old town center. Very pleasant and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay there again. Very clean, rooms air conditioned. Out of the ordinary accommodation if you're looking for something special. Would note that it's three flights up.

Great Place for Exploring Diocletian's Palace

We were a rather big group arriving for a boat charter. We arrived a bit early and the property owner had her Dad (Rino, who lives next door) let us in to drop our bags while we explored Split. Lots of interesting stuff (furniture, piano, boat models) in the place, and everything was spotless.The place is super close to Diocletian's Palace and Rino was super helpful with information about Split.

Charming and unique apartment close to Old Town Split, very conveniently fitted-out for a larger group, and in a nice quiet courtyard. We had an issues with our Expedia booking not passing through host details so were missing check in instructions, but we were able to sort it

Old World Charmer

We just stayed in this amazing apartment for five nights and had the best time with our group of six! The layout was perfect and the living room balcony had a beautiful view of the rooftops and ocean! The kitchen was huge and was the perfect gathering spot for breakfast and for planning out our day. The location is just a short walk to Diocletian’s palace, the local outdoor market, and the Riva! We walked to a nice beach as well, just past the ferry port.The hosts were lovely and were there to meet us with the key and to give us the rundown on how to use everything in the apartment. I look forward to coming back for another trip because we didn’t make it to any of the islands and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and Stay

7 of us stayed here for 4 days in June 2024. Location was great. 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants, bakeries, and the main area. Apartment was very clean. I would stay here again but a few things to note: There is not AC in every bedroom. Lots of antiques and random items in apartment which means less place for storage. One of the bathrooms was smaller than a cruise ship bathroom. Its on the 4th floor and hard to find for the first time with luggage. While some of these are negatives, it also meant it was a very unique apartment and had a charm to it.

Clean and convenient

The apartment was spotless and walkable to everything you want to get to. The manager was amazing and extremely quick to respond. The only draw back, it is an old building so the 3rd floor with luggage was challenging for my older friends. Also we couldn’t get hot water for showers back to back. Seemed it may have run out after the first shower.

Excellent place to stay in Split!

We had two families meeting up for a night in Split. This large, beautiful apartment on the upper floor was great for handling all of our needs. It was very clean and had lots of items if you wanted to stay in and cook using the large kitchen. There is a nice balcony off the living area and the apartment. Plenty of space with all of the bedrooms. Owner was even great to work with on retrieving a lost item left in the apartment after we checked out. Many thanks and enjoy this great place to stay in wonderful Split.
