"The hotel itself was good and front desk staff were amazing! The bar/restaurant customer service on the other hand was a different story (with the exception of our waitress when we came for breakfast). 3 different times we were treated like we were annoying or ignored when approaching the host desk ..."

Centennial Hotel Spokane
"The comforter on one of the beds was stained ... On entry we noticed the ceiling light did not work. Called and spoke with Ahmed who was going to report it to engineers. It was never fixed. Not sure if it was bulb or the switch itself ... Right side of bathroom countertop had many little dark stains ..."
