Rented for family that was visiting from out of state. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located in the center of Spring Hill, making it easy to get to where they wanted to go. The host was very responsive, friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation rental. Five stars!

The house could use a little bit of regular maintenance. If you look at pictures, you’ll see some of it but it is largely cosmetic. This place was perfect for our needs and I would stay here again without hesitation. My grandchildren very much enjoyed the pool. The house was clean and well-provisioned. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house gave us opportunity Bo h to spend time together as well as spread out.

Richie met us at the house for check in and went over all the bells and whistles. If we had any questions or concerns he was very quick to respond. His home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and he supplies enough essentials to get you through until you can go to the store which was very helpful. We would recommend his home to anyone staying in the Spring Hill area.

Pros and cons to this home. Pros include very clean, bed was comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Pool is very nice, however it was too cold to enjoy (no fault of the owner). Cons include set up of the living room is uncomfortable...very long couch that doesn't face the tv and no where else to sit if you want to watch tv. TV controls and connection drove us crazy.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect place for us. We loved the pool and outside lanai. The house was more of a home. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would say is it’s time for new bedding
