Wake up to elevated views of a hidden 72°F spring-run aquatic ecosystem from your living area and screened porch as native wildlife moves through the waters below. Enjoy maximum comfort with two king beds and a pull-out queen sofa bed, then launch our provided kayaks directly from the property for a scenic paddle to the Mud River, connecting to the Weeki Wachee area, Rogers Park, waterside dining, and the Gulf. You may hear resident woodpeckers and owls, and keep an eye out for visiting waterbirds, the occasional manatee, or otter passing through.

Located just 10 minutes from Weeki Wachee State Park, restaurants, shopping, golf, and everyday conveniences, while coastal beaches and spectacular sunsets are only minutes away.

Unwind with a 75" Smart TV in the living room, TVs in each bedroom, and multiple outdoor spaces designed for enjoying the property. For outdoor cooking and relaxation, a gas grill is provided upstairs on the deck, a charcoal grill is available downstairs, and a designated fire pit is provided for your use.

The garage game room adds even more fun with dual basketball hoops, an indoor axe target, a putting green, dartboard, giant Connect Four, cornhole, and glow-in-the-dark yard pong.

Because our home borders this special ecosystem, we take great care to help preserve it. The property is strictly smoke-free and vape-free, including all outdoor areas and screened spaces. Other open flames such as candles, incense, fireworks, and similar items are not permitted (the fire pit and grills are the only permitted open-flame areas).
