I have been to this area before and stayed in several different homes. I would actually pass this house and it looked appealing from the outside. I could never have been prepared for how well equipped, decorated, clean and the degree of detail which is paid to this home. There is nothing I could not have done as far as cooking, watching the TV and outdoor activities the area has to offer. Communications were great, and the guide in the home was super practical. Really really well done and I can’t wait to get back there asap!!

Oh my goodness words can’t possibly describe how much fun we had! I spent 20 years of my career working in hospitality, and this home provides all the hospitable feels of home and so much more! I think one of our favorite joys were all of the different vessels to choose from! Kayaks/paddle boards that provide opportunities for two, one or even small kids. Absolutely everything was thought of in this home! We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful getaway

This home was everything we expected and more! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled stay — from kayaks and paddle boards to cornhole for some friendly competition.We absolutely loved the Margaritaville theme throughout the home; it added such a fun, laid-back vibe to our trip. But the real highlight was the direct access to the river — it truly doesn’t get better than that. Whether we were paddling out at sunrise or just soaking in the peaceful views, it made our stay unforgettable.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot!

Perfect vacation home! This is our 2nd stay at the yellow house, have stayed at the pink one many times as well. Out of all the many vacation homes i have to say Tonya and Toby do it right! So many thoughtful details and it is truly a luxurious home, 5 star bedding, spa like master shower, delightful kitchen with lovely views. Everytime we go we just fall more in love with this magical river. Saw tons of manatees and river dolphins, a natural paradise for sure. Paddle boarding, kayaking, and swimming in the river, there is even a very fun swing just up a few houses. Looking forward to the next time!

Magical Weeki Wachee!

This stay was absolutely perfect. The home exceeded our expectations. It was well appointed with supplies making it instantly feel like home. Primary suite was wonderful. The view and access to the river was a breeze. We would be honored to stay here again. It was the best!!

Weeki Wachee Dream House

We had an incredible stay at this brand-new property on the Weeki Wachee River! The location is unbeatable—right on the river with beautiful views and easy access to the water. There is a rope swing available to the public a couple houses down in swimming distance that we definitely took advantage of. The house was spotless, clearly very well maintained, and everything felt fresh and new. The vibes were impeccable and you can tell there was not one detail unthought of! We were amazed to see over a dozen manatees, including babies, right from the back dock—such an unforgettable experience! The host, Tonya, was over-the-top communicative and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would absolutely rent here again! Actually, we might not rent anywhere else ever again!

Wonderful visit!

This house is lovely and very well appointed with anything you might need. It was perfect for our group of six. We spent most of our time sitting by the river and watching all the activity going by. We also made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards that are provided. Highly recommend taking advantage of the put-in at Weeki Wachee state park and paddling the 6 miles back to the house. It's magical.

Fabulous home right on the Weeki Wachee River

What a spectacular home! We have rented the pink one next door 3 x's but I have to say I am in love with the yellow one now! Both are amazing homes with incredible views and so many awesome upgrades. From the moment you drive up to this gorgeous home with its spacious paved driveway you will be smitten. Brand new and with such a fun and happy decor, I loved all the parrot artwork and Jimmy Buffet memorabilia. Truly a tropical ambiance that is balanced with all of the high-end finishes and upgrades in this home. The river is absolutely breathtaking with its crystal clear almost blue/green water and teeming with activity from manatees to all of the paddle boarders and kayaker's. A water playground to be enjoyed. My favorite spot is to get breakfast in the dreamy kitchen and then sit out on the balcony and enjoy the views. The beds are super comfortable, soft sheets, plush towels like you are at a 5-star resort. The lower-level entertainment has a large tv, comfy furnishings, grill, and a tropical tiki with bar that is the essence of the Margaritaville theme. I also really appreciated the Adirondack chairs out back and the cool umbrellas which were perfect for relaxing in. The dock is so nice with plenty of hand holds and a ladder to get out easily. We have already booked again and will look forward to enjoying another amazing time on the river. Thank you, Tobie and Tanya, for being such fantastic owners and for sharing your spectacular home!

Perfect tropical vacation in mid-Florida

Slice of paradise

The bright yellow margaritaville vacation home was above our expectations. We got a lot of use of the screened in room, the kitchen was well stocked, and beds comfortable. We spent most our time watching the manatees swimming past. Neighbor Sue shared her knowledge of the river with us. All the stars!!!
