You are renting this ENTIRE Oasis home sitting on the Gulf, with private water views, screened pool and a private dock for your boat: 3BRs, 2 baths + office BR + living + kitchen + breakfast room + dining area + gym + screened patios + 1 boat dock + Laundry room. Escape to kayaking, scalloping, fishing, crabbing, biking, pool, Florida sunset all at this Seascape Oasis! 5 mins to Weeki Wachee, 1 hr to Tampa, 2 hrs to Disney, minutes to restaurants, boat rentals, Walmart....

DISCLAIMER: Video and audio cameras are set for out door entrances, patio doors (including pool areas), driveway, and inside gym/garage. No cameras inside of the house.

SITTINGS: Dining Room sits 8. Living room table sits 12. Breakfast area sits 4-6. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a small desk and chair. Outdoor screened patio has a dining table that sits 10. Grill outdoor and embrace the ocean breeze. All rooms face the ocean and pool except the kids bedroom.

BEDDINGS: This Oasis has 3 bedrooms and an office bedroom. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed (sleeps 2), and a full-size futon (sleeps 1). There is a large TV on the wall in the bedroom. It has a private bathroom with an enlarged standing shower room. The master bedroom has direct access to screened patio and pool by the gulf. The 2nd master bedroom (sleeps 2) has a King bed, and a baby bed, opening to a patio door to the fenced yard, which has a hammock and fireplace sitting by the gulf. This bedroom room has its own TV. The 3rd bedroom (sleeps 5) has a bunker bed with two full sizes beds, and a twin pull out trundle bed. The office room has a king size bed. Its wall is not built all the way up to the vaulted ceiling.total of 10 guests only

GYM: Gym garage has 2 adults bikes, and 2 child bikes, weights, and three kayaks. The larger kayaks are for 2 adults. The two smaller ones are for 1 adult only. We are still adding more equipments in it.

DRIVEWAY: Driveway is meant for 4 cars, but could crowd in 6 cars when parked a bit onto the yard.

ADDTIONAL FEES
- Pool heating is additional $30/day upon guest request. Pool heater is usually on between 10am - 6pm when pump is on.
- IF your guests are more than what is registered in your reservation, there will be additional $20 per guest per night fee. No more than 12 guests can be accommodated at Oasis.
- Guests are to keep kitchen equipments clean to avoid extra cleaning fees.
- We charge $30/each to replace missing towels or pillows.
- We provide environmental wood logs at $5/log and each log lasts several hours.
- IF your booking is one night only, there will be a $100 surcharge fee due prior access code is provided.
- Oasis welcomes pets, $100/pet one-time fee. (For pet free home, check our Seascape house and Palm Creek house located a few minutes away!)

WHAT TO DO AT OASIS

- Listen and watch manatees and dolphins!
- Spend time Kayaking, biking, fishing, crabbing, scalloping
- Soak the Florida sun in the pool or on the screened patios.
- Sit by the fireplace next to water and watch stars with SkyView.
- Burn a log of wood and toast smores or hot dogs over it.
- Bike around the quiet friendly neighborhood.
-Enjoy plenty of awesome eatery in town.
- Park your boat on the private dock (or rent one) and visit Sandbar.
- Fishing, crabbing from the dock.
- Kayaking just a few minutes away to the gulf shallow edge (1'-3' deep) and enjoy sunset at sea!

Very beautiful house with beautiful scenery! Loved the spacious layout of the house! We had a party of 8 and it fit us perfectly! The hostess was wonderful and the communication between us was great! Definitely going to be our number one pick when we go back!

Great spot for fishing, kayaking and relaxing. Unfortunately for us we were there during a very cold spell so we were unable to use the pool. It was great to have the hot tub. Because of the unusual cold we had some issues with the heat, but our host was very quick to get it resolved which we appreciated.

The setting and view was beautiful. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Communications were not great though. I had to call the agent twice, she did not respond to texts. The pool felt cold (to be fair, temp was cool) but there was no thermometer so no way to know if it really was 80 degrees. We paid for heating it, but couldn’t really use it. Also, the instructions to lock up were out of date. We had to be somewhere on Sunday and I ended up having to call the agent to send someone to lock the front door. She apologized and said the instructions in the email were wrong. A written page of up to date instructions and FYIs would have been helpful. (Garbage went out early Monday - we would have taken it all out Sunday night if we had known.) Found something gross in the shower drain when I went to swipe out my hair. Also, the “office” bedroom is right by the TV so if anyone is talking in the living room, it will disturb whoever is trying to sleep in that room. The house was well furnished and the beds were super-comfortable. Kayaks were fun, but hard to get in and out of from the dock. If the agent had offered to refund the pool-heating fee. I would have given 4 stars, but just an apology for a cold pool and not being able to lock the front door didn’t quite cut it.

We enjoyed the view and location of the home. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. But, there were a few things could have made the experience better. I'm sure some items are still a work in progress since the hurricane, however, these are minor handy man items. The light in the pool doesn't work, the back light outside didn't work, (to no fault of anyone's) the pool heater broke, the hot tub was dirty (was fixed the last night we were there), the bathroom shower faucet could use some attention (or replaced) and in the largest Bedroom, some blinds need to be put in the 2 windows on the bed side (some people don't want to be up at sunrise). The house could have also been cleaned a little better. The house accommodated all of us and we did enjoy our stay. I would make sure the house is clean and everything is in working order before guests arrive so they don't have to bother property management during their stay. I would probably come back and stay again as we liked the area.

The house was perfect. We loved the view and the kids loved being able to fish right from the dock and swim in the pool. We appreciated that they had fishing supplies, kayaks, life jackets, pool toys, and anything else you needed to be comfortable. The doors don't block any noise so if you have little ones, you might consider bringing a white noise machine. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed staying here. The location was great! Food in the area is some of the best around as well. Having the boat on the dock and being able to just walk out back and be in the Gulf of America in minutes is fantastic. The pool is nice when you are tired and don’t feel like messing with the boat in order to be in the water. Pro tip: cover the windows in the kitchen with a blanket in the evening to keep the house and that area cooler. Be sure to spend some evenings on the dock or on the water for some breathtaking sunsets.

Family vacation

Great house and host. On the second day ac stopped working. I called the host and within 30 min maintenance was there fixing the problem Only drawback 9 people( 5 of them female) and 2 bathrooms. Close to weeki wachee, tarpon spring and boatrentals

Vacation with Mother

The house was nice and located on a canal where you could catch fish. We were a large group of 6 people, and we love to cook.There was a grill outside and we were able to use that.The only issue was the floors weren't clean like we would like, so we wore our shoes in the house :-)

Great location right on the gulf

We spent the weekend getting together with family that lives in the area here. Ample space for people to sleep but we only used half of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool heater was a plus due to the temps this time of year, and so was the hot tub. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We didnt use the kayaks or bikes jist because it was quite chilly out, but those were a nice addition. We would stay again sometime!

Lots of damage from the hurricane so the house and outside area wasn’t quite ready but we made it work with the help of the property manager. They did their best to accommodate us in the situation they were in. Would for sure come back when all the repairs were complete!

Best yet

My family has been coming to the area for scalloping for the past several years, each time staying at a different rental. This one was by far the best and we have already booked again next year! Plenty of space with all the comforts of home including a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunset right out the back window. Comfortable for a large family with kids or even several couples. Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect house for our large family to all be together. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The easiness of riding bicycles and kayak, fishing everything was provided for. Would highly recommend this place.

Great Location

We stayed at this property for 2.5 months and really loved the location. We enjoyed biking to all of the nearby restaurants, kayaking, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. The property manager, Summer, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay as well.

Best holiday/weekend getaway

The place was amazing, we loved that every corner of the house had a place for different activities, relax with great views, fishing overlooking the gulf, kayaking, biking etc. I do recommend paying the extra fee for the pool heater if you are visiting in the winter months. The property manager Summer was super attentive. Will definitely take my family to this retreat again.
