Detta hem kommer fullt möblerade, med plattskärms-TV, ekar möbler bitar, Pulaski marmor bar och biljardbord. Escape till nybyggda öhem på Mexikanska golfen, bara 40 minuter till Tampa via Suncoast Highway; Orlando är 1. 5 timmar bort. Otroligt 3-nivå (stilt hem), 3 600 kvadratmeter under tak, med magnifik utsikt över havet och ön. Detta smakfullt kostade designat hem har underbara korgsträ golv över hela hemmet inklusive trappan och sovrummet områden. Snygga franska dörrar leder ut till omslaget runt däck på andra och övre våningen. Det enorma sovrummet har sitt eget badrum, en stor klädkammare och sittgrupp / TV-område.

Sovrummet franska dörrar öppnas upp till omslaget runt däck till de mest magnifika solnedgångarna, palmerna och vattnet. Det finns två extra sovrum med utsikt över ön, med ett av de sovrummen som har sitt eget privata däck med utsikt över vattnet. Den öppna planvåningen har en formell matsal, en elegant bar med en mejerimattad våthink, helt nytt biljardbord och vardagsrum med full höjdmur av fodrade kronformade bokhyllor - många olika böcker att välja mellan. Köket har rostfria vitvaror, anpassade träskåp, bänkskivor i Corian och en central ö. Kohler kranar installeras i var och en av de fyra badrummen. Hemmet är utrustat med orkanstyrka motståndsdörrar och fönster.

Ett helt nytt förvaringshus ligger under hemmet. Det finns gott om parkering för flera fordon och en extremt lång båt. Det här hemmet har för många funktioner att lista.

Detta semesterhus ligger NW från Tampa i Hernando County, nära Spring Hill i Weeki Wachee - INTE LEE COUNTY PINE ISLAND (Var noga med att notera) - Pine Island i Lee County är söder om Tampa nära Fort Myers.

Observera, huset ligger några meter från kanten av vattnet. Det finns ett hus mellan oss och vattnet. Vi har tillgång till den privata stranden vid slutet av vägen. Vattnet i Pine Island är grunt. Bra för små. I slutet av ön i parken finns ett område där vattnet är lite djupare för dem som tycker om att simma. Observera också, det finns många trappor i detta hus.

Convenient dolphin watching

Great home positioned in a secluded area with an easy walk to a nice beach with palm trees where we saw dolphins every day. Nicely equipped kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. Plenty of beach towels and the beach chairs were new when we arrived. This was our spring break trip with our high school daughter and we had a very nice and relaxing visit. Leading up to our stay, the beach had been closed from a major storm but the owner kept us updated with the status for reopening. Thankfully it reopened just in time and was the best place to watch dolphins swim by just feet from shore.

Kayaking Florida

The Island House is an amazing property with beautiful views of the gulf especially at sunset! It is spacious and offers multiple areas to sit and make plans for the next day of adventures! There are 4 full bathrooms with walk in showers which was wonderful as we were all able to shower at the same time and not run out of hot water. That’s a really big deal for a group of adults that have been on the river kayaking all day. The host was very informative and provided all the information we needed for getting around including great restaurants and places to launch our kayaks. If we ever get back this way again we will most definitely book this property again!

Hidden Gem

Fantastic home separated from the beach by one house. Watched dolphins swim every day. This was our 2nd vacation to Pine Island and we love it here. It was especially quiet since the public beach had not reopened. We will be back. Well maintained property, neighbors are very friendly and polite.

A peaceful stay

The family and I spent a couple of nights over the holidays at the house. We were in town to visit an elderly relative who lives in a rest home in nearby Spring Hill. The house served us perfectly well. The place was clean. The kitchen and laundry were well provisioned. All the appliances worked properly except for the in-the-door ice maker. The house itself lies in a quiet residential neighborhood on Pine Island. The county park at the end of the cul-de-sac was closed on account of the storms that walloped the area, which further reduced car traffic. From the captain’s chairs on the top deck we could watch the tide roll in and out and the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Groceries from the local Publix are a couple of minutes away for people who want to prepare their own meals. Restaurants of all stripes are nearby and plentiful along Cortez Boulevard. The house would serve well for a family of four to eight people who need a home base with a view near Spring Hill and Weeki Wachee.

The location of the property can not be beat. I love the beach and make a point to travel to locations with great beach access and Laura’s Pine Valley house did not disappoint. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay again.

Great House , But very shallow water

The house is very good and great at all levels. well-equipped and maintained. The location is not that great. Driving 10 hours from Knoxville TN, assuming that we have a good beach. But the beach was very unpleasant. very shallow water and you do not even get the open beach wend or sound that you would expect for that close to water location. It could be good for young kids but definitely not a typical Tampa beach. The house is very nice though.

Relaxing house

We stayed with our 9 and 12 year old kids the 3rd week in June. The house was nice. Be prepared for lots of stairs and barefoot is a no-no due to loose nails on the flights of stairs. The kitchen was well stocked with usable gadgets and we had plenty of paper products. We knew the house wasn't beach front, but could access the water via the sea wall at the end of the street. The water was really RIGHT THERE...the only problem is the way to get down to it. Unless it's low tide, you really couldn't go down there. Not only was it a 3 foot jump/drop the seaweed was thick! We used the beach park access at the end of the road every time we went in the water. It was really nice down there, so it made up for poor access. We got to experience some nice thunderstorms and the upper porches were awesome to watch the storms roll in and the sea rocking over the sea wall. The ONLy complaint we had was the a-hole crow that woke us up EVERY MORNING AT 6:45AM!! This bird would land on the upper porch and would either caw or peck the windows until someone got up and shooed it away. The owners placed a plastic owl on the upper porch, but it didn't fool this crow. Aside from the unwelcome wake-up call, the house was nice. The living room furniture was really comfortable and my go-to when I needed a quick charge nap. The pool table is nice but in need of new sticks. The owners where receptive, gave recommendations and communication was wonderful! We had a wonderful vacation!

Heaven on earth

Pine Island with Magnificent Sunset Views

This VRBO on Pine Island was perfect for our stay with friends. Laura was very responsive to our questions. We found the house very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Every evening we watched the sunset from the top-floor balcony. Pine Island feels secluded, yet it is only a fifteen-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The park, at the end of the island, is a ten-minute walk and perfect for a beach day. Willie’s beach grill is located in the park and serves excellent food.

Nice Break in February

We are 4 adults 60 +. We enjoyed our stay at Pine Island. Very clean and comfortable beds and furniture. Appreciated having enough paper goods to last 2 weeks. TP, paper towels trash bags dish soap. A gas grill with plenty of gas. Spices and cooking supplies. I guess we took our own bar soap and shampoos. Plenty of bathrooms and nice showers. Wifi was good. The view outside the master bedroom was very nice. Sat out in the mornings and some evenings. It would be perfect up there with a high top table and chairs. The stairs didn’t bother us. The car didn’t sit out because you could pull under the house. We were nervous about the beach because that is what we do. The beach near the house was convenient. The water was super shallow. The tide varies a lot so some days we had to move pretty far back on the sand and it isn’t real wide to begin with. After a few days we chose to sit up on the sea wall with our chairs. You are still basically right on the water. We never saw more than a half dozen people, so that was nice. We like to read, nap, and listen to music. If you are looking for quiet this is a good spot. No traffic, no street noise. You won’t walk to eating places but it isn’t very far to find plenty. Maybe 6 miles Best breakfast at the Silver Dolphin.

Easy to check in, just out enough to get away from the hassle and bustle of the city. Restaurant just down the road with great food. Would definitely stay again!

Good home base for Spring Hill

The family and I were in town to visit an elderly relative over the Christmas holidays. The house served our needs well. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Everything in the place worked. We arrived on a day of historically cold weather—lows in the 20s (F). The heating system, one on each level, had to work hard to warm the place, but it got there. Our daughter enjoyed the opportunity to hone her pool (billiards) skills. As noted by others, the views of the sunset from the second floor balcony by the master bedroom were sublime.

Quiet and relaxing getaway

This home is just as described and offered everything we needed. It was clean and ready for us. We cooked most meals ourselves and the kitchen was well equipped. We watched the sunset from the top balcony every night and it was spectacular. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing and it felt as if we had the whole area to ourselves. This was the perfect getaway for our family of six.

Wonderful time
