Cameras 1 and 2 are on either corner of the garage facing the driveway, and camera 3 is on the back of the house facing the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected

Our families from NJ & FL met up and celebrated my nephew's graduation here. The room configuration was perfect for our party, my biggest consideration in booking this home. It was well stocked with the basic essentials, incl bath mats, esp important for my senior parents' safety. Our hosts were within reach from beginning to end of our stay. The location was also near all the tourist places in St Augustine. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Asdrubal and Jenny!

Plenty of space, easy access, and close proximity to all St. Augustine has to offer. Short list of minor negatives include lawn being overgrown, only enough towels for each person to have exactly one, and back slider lock not working. Property manager notified of slider lock at end of stay, so that should be fixed going forward. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely consider again if we need the extra space when visiting.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was 5 of us on a golf trip found the house roomy. House was clean and kitchen well stocked, would definitely stay here again

The only reason this house did not get a 5 star was that the air flow for heating and cooling is disrupted by a door between the kitchen and the upstairs. As a result the upstairs was hot and the downstairs cold, although leaving the door open helped. The house was fantastic as is the property manager who supplied us with water because the filter in the fridge was broken. The manager helped in every way possible. The location was perfect for us: close enough to get to everything but out enough to be quiet and relaxing. We'd definitely stay here again. Not sure exactly how Evolve got into the mix but they posted a notice to my calendar that our stay was to be in SD, which we love but we definitely wanted to be in FL. VRBO provided the assurance we needed that it was a glitch on their end.
