Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $200 per pet, 2 pets maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs. This fee will be added after VRBO emails your reservation to our email. We then send you a booking reservation which includes the pet fee + 11.5% taxes. Our owners welcome your family pets, however do ask you respect their vacation home investment.

Secluded beach house

We had a great stay once we got to the house. Every GPS map app takes you to old A1A which does NOT exist anymore. The check in email should be more clear on how to get to the neighborhood. And specifically warn people that old A1A does not exist anymore and do not drive on the beach. I even called to ask if we were at the correct location and the owner could not clearly describe where to go and where NOT to go because there is 3 different entrances in the area that all look the same. Other than that the house was great, great view, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Perfect Stay

This property was the perfect fit for our family. The house is spacious, attractive and comfortable. The ocean is right there and many days, we were the only ones on the beach. The deck is huge and we loved stargazing at night. The property manager was very pleasant to work with throughout the rental process. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this vacation rental!

Great for furry friends

We took a chance and went to the beach during Christmas week. Unfortunately the weather was not cooperative so we cut our stay short. Very private beach! The elevator was a bonus. We opted only to use it for our luggage and other essentials for the week because none of us wanted to get stuck inside :). The walk up the stairs was LONG and not so easy for us 60 year old guests. The enclosed stairwell up to the living areas felt freezing since it was so cold outside. I do not think there is any air control in that area. The bedrooms to the left of the stairwell where also cold. We saw two thermostats in the main side but none on that side of the house but maybe we missed it? Those two bedrooms can be isolated from the rest of the home and seemed like an add on after the fact. Loved the balcony. The windows and sliders facing the ocean were blurred from sand and dirt so our view from inside was not good. Not sure if the owner/manager attempted to clean them for us but I felt they should have been cleaned before we arrived. The kitchen had all of the necessities and there was ample towels, etc. There is only 1 tv in the living room and 1 small TV in the master bedroom. Also the master bedroom only has a tub and not a shower. (bummer) The house was very clean and the bathrooms were very spacious. The #1 reason I choose this house: dog friendly. We saw many dog owners with dogs off leash on the beach.

Short but Sweet

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at this house. The location on the beach is priceless! We had the beach to ourselves. Patty and harry were great at quickly responding to all our questions before and during our stay. I read the reviews before hand and saw comments about the towels needing to be updated. When we stayed last week the towels were basically brand new and lots of them. The elevator was a life saver for unloading all our luggage. The layout of the house worked perfect for us especially because we have two kids under two that needed naps throughout the day. The rooms with the Jake and Jill bathroom on one side of the house is where they stayed. The one few things I would mention
 parking under the house you need 4-wheel drive. Refrigerator didn’t produce ice. And the water Spicket on the deck was rushed so we had to use pliers to turn on and off the water. Definitely would recommend staying here! Family is already looking at next year beach trip here :)

Fabulous beach access

This property is all about the beach. If you are looking for privacy 
this is the place! You just can’t find this kind of location very often! The house is nice, but the linens could use an update, and the half of chairs at the dining table had broken backs. The sofa is in need of replacement also. All that being said, I would definitely stay here again. You just can’t beat the privacy and the beach access.

The most GORGEOUS ocean views!

Beautiful panoramic views of the ocean! The location was perfect, not too busy and dog friendly beach. The house is built extremely well, nice floorplan. We had the best time!

Amazing views and privacy

This house is located directly on the beach a short drive down a dead end sand road. There is no traffic and few neighbors, you have the beach all to yourself. The views of the ocean are stellar. My only complaint is that the bedding and towels should be upgraded. Note that there is no shower in the master bath, only a tub. None of that seemed important given the beautiful beach.

Awesome beach house

Great house and responsive experience from Patty and Harry. This house is on the beach, has 4 bedrooms, and a huge deck patio. Beach was very private and clean. Also, Harry gave great restaurant recommendations, Viola’s is fantastic!

Beach family week

Perfect place to get kids together. Ocean, beach, lovely house, near Marineland and St. Augustine for distractions. When we got there, the elevator didnt work and 2 of us near 80, weren't going to lug everything up 30 stairs. Erin came to our rescue and was terrific. Thanks so much. Elevator was working by the time we left.

More turtle nests than people!

Great location. Beach is closest to a private beach you can find. Literally there were more turtle nests than people at any given time on the beach. Low tide brought great sandy beach. There is an elevator that is slow but a great asset. There were sufficient chairs on a deck that if it was half it's size I would call expansive...wrapped around 3 sides of the house with great views. There is an assortment of beach toys, including 4 almost new boogie boards and 5 or 6 camp chairs. No gas grill, but a full size charcoal grill suited our needs. Oddly the master bath has a great tub, but no shower. The kitchen is well equipped. The center stairwell divides the house with 2 BR and a jack-n-jill bath on the north side; and everything else on the south side. This provided a great place for our toddler grandchild to have separation at nap times from the main living areas. Rarely did we see more than 4 or 5 people on the entire beach...truly away from it all; but a 5 minute drive from almost anything. Wife did Swim with the Dolphins at Marineland....that's a Don't Miss (within walking distance). Just quoting my wife "They had everything we needed and more"

Great Beach Vacation

The views are amazing. The beach is very private we saw more dolphins than people. The house was clean and everything functioned properly. There where plenty of house ware for our family of 6. Elevator is so helpful for getting your stuff up and down. This house is very cool and kids from 16-8 thought it was the best. We had a couple small issues but like I said Patty and Team were quick to respond and take care of them. There were a few things I would recommend the master bed is hard as a rock. More out door seating there is a huge wrap around porch that had 2 chairs. A nice high top with chairs would be awesome out there. We had a really great time and would definitely recommend.
