“Clean with nice finishes. There is only a microwave and a hot plate for cooking. I was expecting a full kitchen. Overall nice interior. Nicer beach chairs would be a plus. We ended up purchasing some.”

“We can't say enough great things about this home. The home is beautiful and nestled a short walk from St. Augustine's historic district. We were impressed with the lovely furnishings. There was plenty of space for our two families and 3 dogs. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We walked with the 4 kids to the historic district and back twice to shop and check out the lights. We stopped to get some hot cocoa and check out the jail along the way. We hope to stay there...

“This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. “This trip is the 3rd time we have rented from Beatrix! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 8. I love this villa. The layout plus the screened on area gives us places to spread out while the kids play. I really appreciate the private outdoor shower when coming back from the beach and that there is a door we can close between bedrooms and the main living area. It makes mornings and nights so much better!Our kids also used the outdoor screened porch a lot. They enjoyed seeing cranes and ducks...
