Both master and second bedroom with wardrobes and superb views of the harbour and out to sea. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom, enjoying similar views of the other bedrooms. The landscaped and well-stocked hillside terraced garden is accessed from the second-floor landing. At the lower level of the garden is a private patio area, from there steel steps lead to a spacious private decking area with table and chairs (this steel structure and composite cladding decking was added in December 2025). From there you can sit with the palm trees in the garden and enjoy some of the best, if not the best, breathtaking views of the village of Mevagissey, harbour and out to sea.
