âI waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email.

âThis Trip was not such a pleasant one and it was made terrible by this hotel. All false advertising. There was a pool Advertised which was what my kids were looking forward to. But they only informed us when we checked in already that there was. Pool and now it's in disarray and has not been repaired..no security only on the ground level and outsiders easily walk in and out of the plAce. Delapidated facilities. And made worse by the smell of raw sewage seeping thru the floors. â

"I booked a hotel for my family as a gift. They told me a lot of positive things that made them happy⊠the place is beautiful, the space and cleanliness of the room, the variety of delicious food serve at breakfast, but most of all the Zuri Hole staff who made them feel welcome through effort and creativity to make the stay memorable. Thank you Zuri hotel! You are the best! "
