“What a cute house! It was overwhelming obvious that the homeowner has a love for making everyone feel welcome. They had a welcome card for my service dog Patton with little treats. There were a dozen toys for him to play with and the cutest backyard area for him to do his business. The location was perfect for what we needed. The beach was right over the causeway, there was a poker room 10 minutes away and minutes from the family that we were visiting. We slept 5 plus Patton very comfortably....

I read through the journal and had even noticed they made some adjustments based on responses from previous guests. We enjoyed the back porch area, too. “This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 (kids ages 1-8). The house is bigger than in the pictures and the private backyard was a huge plus. It is indeed a very short walk to the beach and we didn’t have trouble parking at the end of the road every day to load and unload our beach stuff. The house had everything we needed for the beach including sand toys, towels, and floaties. It also had a pack and play and high chair that we used.A lot of restaurants close by. We rented a golf...

“This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again. ”
