“We could not stay in this property, Exterior was overgrown, next to junkyard with misc items in yard, entered the property to an immediate sign stating "off limits" to the basement with a curtain--looked down to debris on steps and wife feeling unsafe. Kitchen floor was sticky, living area was dark, carpet smelled of smoke & dirty socks with furniture stained. Bathroom had urine splatters.
