Great stay at Stella’s
Wonderful place. Very clean. It had everything we needed. We got there early and texted the property manager and they quickly got back to us and let us in early. Super helpful and very easy to get ahold of.

Great location next to mountain bike trails
It was a positive experience for the most part. Great location And a good base camp for riding trails. Not the quietest place we have stayed. A lot of kids dribbling basketballs up and down the halls early in the morning and noisily playing in the hot tub and pool until after 10 every night. It would be nice if there was at least saran wrap and aluminum foil in the unit for cooking and food storage. The extra dishwasher and laundry pods were much appreciated as were the 2 coffee makers! Overall,we would stay again for the proximity to trails, but would look for a unit on the top floor for noise purposes, and A soaking tub for sore muscles post ride, since the hot tub was full to capacity the majority of the time.

Spacious and comfortable

The condo was very clean, wonderful access to pool, pickle ball and just a few minutes to conference center downtown. Balcony was great. The best thing is that every bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Also the access to Laundry in unit, was terrific.

Lovely place
Came in for the weekend and this condo was great for me and my two teenage sons. More space than we needed, but it was nice to have the extra room. Everything was super clean and organized. The location is a bit out of the way, but worth the drive. The amenities (pool, hot, pickleball courts) were in view from out balcony and look awesome. Although we didn't have time to enjoy them as our weekend was already busy. I would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend Estancia
Stayed 2 weeks, just me and my daughter. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Kitchen had everything you would need (coffee maker, no Keurig and toaster, no toaster oven). Full size washer & dryer. Management was very responsive and professional. Neighbors could be a little noisy but I would stay here again.

Perfect stay in St. George
We loved our stay here! It was clean, modern, slept 7 of us comfortably and was stocked with tennis & pickleball rackets so we could take advantage of the courts! Checkin and out was easy and we had a fabulous trip. My only complaint is the glade plug-ins! The ‘clean’ smell of the condo was overpowering and we had to open all the doors and windows so we wouldn’t get headaches from the scent. We had to unplug them and set them on the patio. Other than than very minor thing, we highly recommend this place!

Perfect spot for family!
We loved our stay for our summer getaway. The condo was the perfect size for our large family. Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen was stocked for usage. Be sure to bring your own items for daily needs if staying longer than 3-4 days.

Great condo
This was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was overlooking the pool area. The size of the condo was large and spacious. It was very quiet and had everything we needed (except no keruig, which is helpful for the coffee lovers). They had a coffee pot but we didn't buy ground coffee. The only downside was the pillow topper on the king was dirty as well as lots of stains on the pillows. Could use a wash or replacement. But honestly, everything else was great! Pickleball was a blast and cooking in the kitchen was perfect. Dinner on the porch was great as the sun was behind the building and it was perfect temp even when 90° out.

Spring Break Family Getaway
This is a great property for the price. It is a high-rise (3-4story) bldg, so you can hear the neighbors walking above you. We did not have any problems with noise during quiet time (10pm-8am) Love that there are 3 full bathrooms. The on-site pool, pickle ball & basketball courts are well maintained.

Great Condo for Girls Weekend!
The condo was great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was great to hang out on. The pool was a bit noisy until Saturday afternoon and we had the place to ourselves on Sunday.

Great place to stay
Our family of 6 stayed here for a few days over summer. My only complaint is that the pool hours were quite limited due to COVID, which is obviously out of control of the property owner. Also, one of the automatic blinds wasn't working. When I emailed I didn't get a response. Other than that, no complaints.

Perfect location for bikers!
We were 3 couples visiting St George for first time for biking trip. Appreciated 3 baths! Great trails practically outside the door! Pickle ball rackets in home made for fun afternoon activity. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice property - insufficient AC
Nice property overall. HVAC intake door was coated with lint and dirt (we cleaned it off). Granted it was 109 degrees outside when we were there, but could never get the temp to the recommended 76 degrees, which was less than ideal for sleeping, etc - had the fans on, etc. Second floor property - neighbors above were a bit loud - kids running around, but not a big deal - we had young kids earlier in life too.
