“The host was inattentive. The amenities were poorly maintained. We reported a major water leak dripping into the kitchen on heads on saturday. A handyman came out on Monday but could only observe. The refrigerator was failing, we notified on saturday, no response till I called again On Sunday, the (very pleasant) handyman came on monday but could not fix. We lost most of our food. The kids were well entertained with board games, corn hole, connect 4, ping pong, and the beautiful swimming pool. The house was clean and felt welcoming.
