The famous St Ives branch line, which winds through this landscape, is easily accessible, with Lelant station just a 30-minute stroll away.

Step outside, and within moments, you’ll find yourself on the South West Coast Path, perfect for a scenic walk to St Ives. For those seeking adventure, St Michael’s Way—a historic pilgrimage route to Santiago—begins at Lelant’s ancient Church of St Uny, tracing the coastline before weaving inland through Carbis Bay, across the Penwith countryside via Trencrom and Gulval, and onward to the spectacular St Michael’s Mount.

Sitting room: 1 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater reclining sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, an easy chair, glass fronted cabinet with TV.

Kitchen: Galley-style kitchen with electric oven with hob, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle.

Bedroom 1: king-size bed, chest of drawers, full length mirror and chair.

Bedroom 2 with ensuite: king-size bed, captain’s single bed, chair, wardrobe. En suite has shower cubicle with electric shower and wash hand basin (no WC).

Bathroom: bath with shower head fed from taps, WC, wash hand basin and cabinet.

Outside guests can enjoy the expansive, unparalleled views from large shared lawned area. Plenty of parking on the gravelled area to the front.

Please note: A permanent resident lives in a separate, self-contained apartment on the top floor of the house.
