The Primary Bedroom has Golf Course Views, a Private Sliding Glass Door Access to the Screened Balcony, King Bed, TV, Dresser/Large Walk-In Closet, EnSuite with Tub/Shower Combination, Hair Dryer; This Villa features a Unique Option with the 2nd Bedroom as a “Lockout” or Attached Studio Suite. There is an interior adjoining door into the main villa that locks from both sides for Privacy & also a Separate Entrance outside. This is the Perfect Solution for 2 Families vacationing together. This Studio Bedroom features 2 Queen Beds, Closet/Dresser, Bath (Tub/Shower), Breakfast Bar & a Kitchenette (Microwave/under the counter Fridge, Drip Coffee Maker/Magic Bullet Blender, Cocktail Shaker, Ice Bucket, Vanity Sink). In the Main Villa there is a Laundry Room with Full-Sized Washer/Dryer, an Iron/Ironing Board & Clothes Steamer.

With the Kitchen/Dining/Living Area Open Concept, everyone gets to be together while enjoying their own activities. The Living Area gets Natural Light from the Sliding Glass Door to the Balcony. With 2 Comfortable Sofas, there is Plenty of Comfortable Seating to watch your favorite shows or a movie on the Large Screen Smart TV/DVD Player. The Dining Area is close to the Kitchen for quick serving & cleanup. You may prefer to Enjoy the Screened Balcony for Alfresco Dining as well. Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Guests do not have access to the St James Golf Club and courses. The nearby Oak Island Golf Club is open to the public as is the Carolina National Golf Club off of Hwy 211.
