"Restaurant staff were exceptional. Great food, good vibes, clean rooms. The only downside was the front desk staff providing incorrect information about amenities and where to find them. The elevator to the beach was out of service, so plan on an epic adventure down a ton of stairs to get there."

"Location to dining and downtown and the ferry are unmatched. I felt safe, but the property is dated. We had water leaking from our bathroom ceiling. There was no shampoo as advertised and none on the property when asked. The pool was refreshing and clean. Very dated and needs work"
