“Property appears to have been recently made over, everything is new and fresh, extremely clean and although on the small side the rooms are perfect for overnight stays, comfortable bed and with more than enough tea/coffee supplies unlike a lot of places. The continental breakfast was excellent quality and plentiful. We could not fault the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall excellent value for money and we will definitely go back”

My room was directly above the kitchen/loading area and it was honestly unbelievable how much noise the staff were making "cleaning up" in the evening, consistently from about 8pm-11:30pm when I had enough.
