Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our time in this condo. It was very clean and I loved the screened windows and walkout to the balcony from the master bedroom. We also enjoyed the fact that there were 2 bathrooms that adjoined to two of the 3 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and thankfully it wasn’t very hot during our stay but ceiling fans would be a great addition.

Think twice before booking
Location is excellent. The property is a short walk to John’s Pass. Beautiful views of the gulf. Everything else was very disappointing. We arrived to a filthy condo. Our feet were black immediately upon removing our shoes. The tub wasn’t usable because it kept kicking up filth into the water. The trim and walls are dirty and stained. The couch and chairs are stained and appeared dirty. We went to Walmart to buy sheets to cover all the furniture the first night. We also bought cleaning supplies and re cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen. The patio floor is filthy and needs power washing. It had some nasty gum or candy stuck to the floor. Patio furniture 4 old chairs pieced together and a crappy side table. No breakfasts on the porch for us. Here’s the best part- the first morning after staying the night my husband woke up saying he thought he smelled urine all night. We pulled back the linens on his bed to find urine stains on the sheets that reaked of pee. I guess the linen wasn’t washed upon our arrival. The property manager was responsive via text. They sent the cleaning crew back but no amount of cleaning would’ve redeemed this place. We also re washed all the bedding which took away a day. They told us they would refund the cleaning fee and have still not done so. Bummer all around. Don’t do it. The owner clearly couldn’t give a crap about keeping a nice place considering what they charge. On the plus side there’s a washer and dryer in the unit that function fine.

Wonderful stay!!
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was exactly as pictured and advertised. Lots of room, and everything you need including shower and beach towels! A huge bonus if you are flying in to town. Loved the proximity to John’s Pass for dinner and shopping. Would recommend, hope to stay again next year.

Girls Weekend
The unit is as described directly on the beach, across from John’s Pass and amazing views! The iTrip team was very quick to respond to all our inquires and requests for assistance via email and text. There was plenty of bathroom towels for the unit and the kitchenware provided was sufficient for our needs. A few items to consider with regards to improving the unit are providing enough beach towels for the number of beds advertised. Both the dishwasher and washing machine need deep cleaned. The bathroom garbage cans are too small and rusted as is the toilet paper holders. The refrigerator ice maker is broken, and coffee filters are not provided. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would consider renting again.

Great beachfront condo across from John’s Pass
Great 3 bedroom condo for our family trip. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to accommodate the entire family. We stayed here to recoup and rest after 4 days at Disney. Great views and location a Roos from John’s Pass. We were able to walk just across the street for anything we needed. It’s nice having the Path under the bridge to avoid the busy traffic at the pass. You can’t beat the views and comfort this condo provides. Everything you need for a great family vacation.

Great Getaway for a Girls Beach Weekend!
My girlfriends and I recently had the most incredible beach weekend getaway, and it wouldn't have been the same without this fantastic 3-bedroom condo. First off, the location was a dream. The condo is right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. Everything is within walking distance! The three spacious bedrooms provided ample room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The open-concept living and dining area was stylishly decorated and felt like a home away from home. We spent many hours on the beach, including watching the beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Although, we didn't cook. It was there if we wanted it. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

Beachfront condo
Awesome beachfront condo. Amazing view, great amenities, and spacious place to relax. Everything you need to cook a meal is at rhe condo, nice furniture in living room. Balcony had plenty of space for 4 adults to sit and relax while watching the sunset over the ocean! A few small updates needed, but nothing major that would ruin your stay!

Lesson learned
I read the prior reviews about hard mattresses, a strangely stocked kitchen and a dirty and stained couch as well as the management responses that they were resolved. They were not. We covered the couch with a blanket so we could use it but that couldn't help with 2 of the 4 beds. The master bed was so hard it literally didn't give when you sat on it. We slept on the couch; the one we had to cover with a blanket. The other concrete bed at least had some give. The kitchen has three soup pots but only one sauce pan and one large enough for pasta. There were no baking sheets so I make chicken nuggets in a cupcake tin. When will owners realize that every unit has the same view? What is in the unit matters and a bed is a huge issue. The kitchen meeting your needs is an issue. Those are the reasons for the 2 stars. Otherwise the view and location were excellent and as described. But sleep is important as is space. We had an entire room we didn't use as a result of the rock solid bed. I cannot recommend this unit because I lack confidence that anyone will resolve these issues and there are plenty of other units to choose from.

Thanks for the feedback. We're a little surprised to see the comments about the mattress as it was replaced with a brand new memory foam mattress right before the stay. We do understand that everyone has their own personal preferences, and are sad this wasn't a good match. The couch has been professionally steam cleaned also, but may have a couple of stains (sorry!). We'll check the kitchen supplies to be sure it is complete, but we are always available if any guests need something. Just ask!!

Nice Condo with Great Features
This condo was nicely equipped, and the location to beach and John's Pass was great. We would definitely stay again. Only cons were not associated with condo itself. We were on the third floor (great view of beach), but the elevator is a bit slow. Also, the gate to beach banged when guest enter and exit, because they don't manual close. If you're in building with balcony overlooking pool, you get frustrated a bit with the noise. Perhaps adding a tension closure or some type of cushioned material would help.

Great spot and location!
We loved our stay , so convenient to shops and restaurants. Other people left reviews about it being dirty we did not find that to be the case at all. The floor is Sandy so bring a shoe like a slipper to wear but you’re at the beach so it’s to be expected. Thank you for opening in the home to us. We had a great time.

Needs a little TLC
The place was really ideal location and views of ocean and sunsets were fantastic. The place could use a really heavy duty cleaning especially in the corners of the rooms which had accumulated grime. Sofas were also sandy When walking barefoot your feet got dirty. The doors could use some WD40 as they were very squeaky opening and closing. Very limited utensils for cooking. Beds could use an upgrade as not very comfortable.

Beautiful Beach
We loved this location, beach and pool. The condo was nice but we will not stay in this unit again unless the master bed is replaced. My husband had to sleep in another room as it was that bad.

Excellent property very close to Altas / Snowbird
We spent five days/ four nights at this property. The house was well appointed for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. Great location for skiing. Quiet at night. All the amenities needed to have a great vacation.

Great Location, Needs Updating
Upon entering we were disappointed in the overall condition and cleanliness of the unit. The couch was gross with visible stains and wear- we put towels down to sit on it. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable along with the pillows. There was someone’s underwear left in the closet. The kitchen was also lacking basic essentials like a pizza cutter or knives short enough to cut anything. The location was great, right across John’s Pass and the beach was great. Pool was okay but no hot tub.

Absolutely Perfect for our Beach Wedding!
OMG OMG OMG!!! We LOVED our stay and can't wait to return. Not only is the location perfect with the ocean views, a short elevator ride to the beach, a great pool and seating area, and easy access to John's Pass, we were super impressed with the accommodations in the condo! I looked at MANY condos online before choosing this one. I knew we had a party of 5- three adults and two teenagers so three bedrooms and two bathrooms was a necessity. The rooms are good size and two include a walk through closet to each bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas are spacious and perfect! We especially enjoyed the balcony and spent a lot of time relaxing there. Another huge plus is that this condo is very affordable and worth every penny spent! We will DEFINITELY be back!

Wonderful Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo is very nice with great views of the beach and sunset. The Beach is beautiful with a nice pool for cooling off. Lots of great shopping and restaurants close by. There were a few cosmetic things in the condo that could have been improved but nothing that took away from our vacations.

Let me start by giving a big shoutout to the property manager. When we arrived, the place was very dirty and clearly was not cleaned. We contacted the property manager and he came over and scrubbed the place and he was very apologetic on the state of the place. He did exactly what you would want when something was not up to par. Loved the location. Great beach and walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc. The only downfall to this condo is dating. Things are just old and don't work as they used to - shower handle is broken, ice/water dispenser on refrigerator don't work, etc. We suggest simple maintenance/repairs on these things - they are the things that are noticed by guests. We would stay here again.

GREAT location but room issues
We LOVE Madeira Beach - that is why we went back this year. This was the 1st time at this condo. Livingroom furniture is dirty and VERY uncomfortable - especially for older parents (70 + ) - they had hard time getting up - the toilet in the master bedroom had an issue which we fixed daily - absolutely BARE essentials in the kitchen - no salt - no pepper - no pot holders - u willl need EVERYTHING if you plan on making ANY meals - oh - the BIG thing - the icemaker had a MAJOR issue - we could NOT get ice or water from the refrigerator - there was a towel on the floor upon our arrival - it was soaking wet - with a note - i am guessing from the last renter about NOT using it - and they let maintenance know - but to not use it unless we wanted a flood....... we had a great time regardless all of the above mentioned issues - we were at the beach and on vacation -HOWEVER for the price we paid - i was NOT happy - these issues should have been RESOLVED before we got there - which was a Monday - we should have received a BIG credit due to all the issues - RENTER BEWARE

Amazing Beach View!
We had an amazing time at this property! The condo was very clean, really big, and had a beautiful view of the ocean! It's also just a 2 minute walk to John's Pass, so it's absolutely the perfect location! I would 100% recommend staying here and would love to come back someday.

Couples spring getaway
It is right on a beautiful beach and saw dolphins almost daily. The pool was very nice. It’s a great location if you don’t rent a car to John’s Pass/activities. Home had everything if you did want to cook. Cons: beds not comfortable and it was surface clean
