Nice 2 bedroom 2nd floor condo. Beautiful views and sunsets. Lots of wildlife to watch.Close to restaurants and some shopping.

We gave 3 stars due to the following:The porch slider door was held together with a pool noodle and duct tape and was not able to lock slider (huge safety issue), A/C wasn’t working when we arrived and took 5 days to repair/replace; we were given several door codes and u-tube videos on how to work the door lock and after about a week the door lock was replaced. The furniture is very worn and tired looking, the bed is not comfortable. The best thing about the unit is the spectacular view and the walkability to restaurants.

We had a great stay. The condo was very nice. Was perfect, ocean, pool and hot tub were great. Loved being close to good restaurants. The location was perfect. Would just say could use a chair in master bedroom. Also the towels need replacing, they are like drying with sandpaper.

We enjoyed our week at the beach. The condo is a second floor condo so it was easy to just walk a flight of stairs and be at the pool or beach. There is a nice big grill for use which was great. The condo had no basic spices or cooking spray- so if you plan to cook, bring your own. The beds were comfortable and the entire unit was spotless when we arrived. The location was wonderful, close to many restaurants and only a 7 min drive to the grocery store.

This was a great place for the price! We walked to several restaurants near the condo which was nice. The walk to the beach was even nicer!! Everything was how it was pictured except the tv in the bedroom has been updated to a bigger and better one. The master bedroom is right across from the elevator but being on the 2nd floor I think most people just walked up the stairs and I don't recall hearing it at all. Bed was great and my friends who slept on the twin beds said they slept like babies. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and take in the view and listen to the ocean. Even though this was spring break it didn't feel crowded here and that is plus if you ask me. I'm ready to go back and would definitely book this place again!

We wanted to stay at the Oceanside condo complex, because we had friends that were also staying there. The location is perfect--you can walk so many places and you can't get any closer to the beach! Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well. The condo was as described and we were happy to be able to bring our little dog with us. The only thing that caused a problem for us was that the main bedroom has a window that faces the outdoor "hallway" of the complex and the lights stay on out there all night! Unfortunately, the blinds in the bedroom did not block much of the light, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. It never felt like it was nighttime in that bedroom.

Two active senior couples - the location was perfect. The ocean access and views were amazing. Pictures on the listing were true to life...even better than the pictures. Having two separate baths was so convenient. Large closets with plenty of hangers was very nice. Lots of towels prevented washing very often! Easy check in and out. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Access to the storage room furnished our chairs for the beach. We also enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Great communication through texting and email made us feel welcome. I would definitely rent this unit again. Room 204...couldn't ask for more!

Place is very clean. Condo itself is very roomy compared to others we have stayed in. Loved having plenty of needed essentials like towels, the x-tra towels, toilet tissue. Nice to have access to broom, vacuum. Loved the heated pool since it was on the cooler side we were still able to enjoy water.

Very noisy tenants upstairs. Heard walking, running all hours of the day. Other family members stay in other condos in same building, also heard upstairs neighbors! Towels, washcloths awful!

The condo had a good location but was noisy. You could hear every sound from the other condos including the flushing of toilets. Tv’s were very small and furnishings needed up dated. Kitchen was nice but not the best equipped. Condo was not super clean. The grout we thought was black but realized it was suppose to be a tan color. We wiped up a little spill of water and the paper towel was very dirty just cleaning up water. The people renting the other condos did not abided by condo polices. Swimming after dark making noise till after midnight in the pool. Diving in pool, not showering off sand from beach before jumping in pool. Smoking around pool and on balcony.. There seemed to be no one checking to see if renters abide by the rules. The children were cleaning shells from the beach in the pool. It was chaotic. I’ll be back to Indian Rock Beach but not this complex, much different others we have stayed in other years. Tom 05/07/21- 05/21/21

Excellent location. Easy to get by car to shopping or restaurants. Walking to places is challenging. Very limited sidewalks and where there are not any you are walking right next to traffic in a bike lane. Pool and hot tub were always warm and clean. The door to the pool slams and shook our room. Put a sign on the door please close slowly, most of the guest abided by it. Property Mtce were response to gas grill issue. Would stay here again.

We live in the Colorado Rockies and had not seen our family in Tampa since New Year's so we booked this cheerful, spacious condo for a full month to enjoy some vacay and reunite with them. It was absolutely perfect, especially having SO much room to lay things around and move around. Being dog-friendly, I was especially elated that we could take our Westie along, BUT anyone considering renting in this building needs to know dogs are NOT allowed on the beach anywhere nearby. I would still have taken him along but my expectations would have been different. Overall, a wonderful experience which is exactly what we needed.
