Wonderful stay in Clearwater

This place is amazing! From the amazing condo itself to the super convenient location in Clearwater to the great property and amenities, this is the place to stay! Really enjoyed the condo - what a great place to relax in comfort. I also enjoyed the pool area and the exercise facility - very nice to have both of these spaces just steps away from the door. The host was also super nice, responsive, and easy to work with. Check-in couldn’t be easier and everything was exactly as described - no surprises! Thank you for an excellent stay! I’ll be back!

Cute, comfortable and affordable

Great property located in central Clearwater. Easy to get to the beach, ballpark and restaurants. The property had great amenities and the property owner was very nice. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet place to stay.

The Avalon

We loved our unit and our contact Diane was excellent! Unit is beautiful. The property itself is just ok. Club house needs updating, painting, new furniture, etc. The pool is monopolized daily by 3 month residents who rent but think they own the place. I was chewed out by an elderly woman for putting a couple towels out to save a seat and did not get back quickly enough for her. She threatened me with management taking my items but the main office was closed that day!Certain residents were upset if the lawn chairs they had everyday were taken over by others. It is first come first serve so these people should supply their own which some do. The winter people are very unfriendly to new comers and make you feelUnwelcome. The grounds need new land scaping and the buildings need repair. I imagine it’s hard to keep up with all the hurricanes each year. The area is ok. Close to Clearwater Beach and plenty to do. Weather was great the week we were there. We got lucky! I would try a different part of Florida next time.
