Welcome to Demere House Condo #2!

Located just steps from the tide contingent beach and a short bike ride/walk to the Pier Village, which serves as the Downtown Social Hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining, and gathering spot. The Village also offers St. Simons Lighthouse, museum, Neptune park and playground.

Our 2 BR/1.5 BA condo is perfect for an island getaway with family or friends. The main level is open concept, making it a perfect place for the whole family to gather. The living room offers a pull-out couch and seating for at least 5 people, a tv, and games. The dining table has seating for 4 and 3 additional seats at the bar. Our kitchen is equipped with essentials for a home cooked meal and of course a traditional coffee pot. On the main floor is also a washer, dryer, and a half bath. Upstairs are two bedroom, each with a queen bed and a smart tv. Between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Wonderful location!

We had a wonderful start for a long weekend. While there was a hiccup with the directions link sending to us to a neighboring complex, it was resolved immediately with a call to the after hours staff. Communication via text messages was very helpful with check in and check out procedures.The walk to the local shops and restaurants is abeautful one along the water.

Replacing the roof during my stay

Ridiculous to replace a roof when u have guests coming in. Loud obnoxious workers all day and into the night working on the roof. How rude!

Perfect Valentine’s Getaway

My partner and I had a lovely Valentine’s getaway to St. Simons Island! Our host surprised us with folded towels in the shape of kissing swans in one of the bedrooms. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. We were also very impressed with just how close this location was to a public beach access. We could walk it in less than a minute! It was also a 2 minute drive to town which was fantastic. We were unfortunately caught in cold rainy weather that weekend, but our host did not disappoint! There were games, smart TVs, and magazines to keep us occupied. We also popped by the Target in Brunswick for a board game since it was such a short drive. The host was also gracious enough to provide some amazing restaurant recommendations. We certainly had some great food from amazing local businesses. Overall we had a fabulous time and were incredibly grateful for all of the little things that helped make our rainy weekend memorable. We look forward to finding some time to come back one summer!
