  • Välkommen till Highland House! Nytt för semesteruthyrningsprogrammet, är detta vackra hem med 3 sovrum / 2 badrum beläget i ett lugnt område på södra änden av ön och ligger bara 1 mil till stranden och St. Simons Pier Village Area. Från det ögonblick du går vid ytterdörren kommer du att känna dig som om du är hemma hemifrån. Befälhavaren svit har en queen size-säng med ett pittoreskt badrum med eget badrum och en underbar duschkabin. De två gästrummen som har en queen size-säng i ett sovrum och två dubbelsängar i det andra gäst sovrummet delar en hall badrum med badkar. Utom bakdörren kommer gästerna att hitta en stor bakre veranda med massor av utrymme att grilla på den nya gasgrillen, njuta av måltider vid matbordet i sex eller bara koppla av efter en lång dag på stranden. Den helt inhägnade trädgården erbjuder massor av avskildhet. Detta underbara hem kommer säkert att göra ditt besök i St. Simons Island en att komma ihåg och lämna dig som vill komma tillbaka!

    Alla gruppsamlingar och evenemang på den här fastigheten är begränsade till antalet boende (7 personer). Händelser som bröllop, repetitionsmiddagar etc. är inte tillåtna.

Great house - great location.

We loved our stay at Highland House. The house was immaculate, the location was central to everything we did. If we come back to St. Simons, we would definately rent this house again.

Spring Break

The house suited our needs very well. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the large refrigerator with the ice maker, the new washer and dryer, and the beautiful large walk-in shower in the main bedroom suite. Our vacation was very enjoyable!

St. Simons in August

We came to SSI for a wedding and wanted to stay in a 'home away from home' with our sons and daughter-in-law. This home was just right for us! The home was clean and furnished beautifully. We could be practically anywhere on the island in a few minutes, so the location was great, too.

Highland House Getaway

The house was immaculate, convenient to stores, and a short drive to beach. The house was updated in the kitchen, both bathrooms and laundry room. Huge and private back yard. My friends and I agreed we would rent again.

Relaxing getaway

We loved our stay here! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, as we did some cooking as well as eating out. Everything was comfortable, but we especially enjoyed eating meals at the table on the back patio and reading in the light-filled living room. The property management team was very helpful and prompt in responding to our questions. The location was perfect for easily accessing the beach, Pier Village, and the shops at Redfern Village. We had a wonderful time!

Restful retreat.

This house is everything it said it would be! The house was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you'll need for a stay filled with peace and relaxation! It was a great location to island hop between Saint Simons and Jekyll. The house is close to restaurants and shopping, including a grocery store that's not even five minutes away. Just what we needed and definitely would rebook this house again!!

The only issue we had was our things being moved when we were out of the house. I would had preferred if the owner was going to be at the house during our stay that they would have texted or called first.

Beautiful 3 bedroom house

The house was immaculate. Very well equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms with plush towels and shampoo, conditioner dispensers. The house was cozy and nicely decorated. We had access to the full house and back yard. The bonus TV room has surround sound and an extensive collection of DVD's. Great location close to restaurants, shops and the beach. It was nice to be able to hose off sand with the garden hose set up by the front door. Would highly recommend

Family Fourth Fun

We enjoyed our stay at the highland house. The house was as advertised and mid island so just a quick drive to beach , shopping and restaurants. Other reviewers mentioned bare minimum on toiletries and kitchen supplies so I knew ahead of time to bring extra toiletries and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathrooms was great and the bathroom towels were of high quality, plush and super soft. The backyard is really pretty ,fenced in, well manicured and relaxing to hang out on the patio. The house was well kept and clean. The only negative I had and why I can only give 3 stars for cleanliness because we killed 2 roaches in the dining room living room area so it needs to be sprayed for bugs. I don’t like bugs and seeing one let alone 2 roaches is too many for me. Overall it’s a great well kept house.

Another Great Saint Simons Getaway

We love Saint Simons Island and have returned for our annual family vacation for nearly 15 years. This property enhanced our 2023 getaway. The management company and VRBO made finding this property, check in and check out seamless. The management company was very responsive to our every need. The home was spotless, just as advertised. There were even a few extras we did not anticipate, like real ground coffee for our first few mornings, very nice dish-ware (Royal Daulton), well over a hundred DVD’s and much more. Plenty of sheets and comforters for the comfy beds, plenty of towels and face cloths. Each room is tastefully decorated. Lots of hot water and great water pressure for our after beach day showers. We were well pleased. Thank you!
