“Wonderful cozy little cabin right on the water. Great location with a short drive into Dunvegan. The cabin was well equipped with everything you need to make simple meals. All appliances were new and worked perfectly. Shower was comfortable and easy to use and John also provided a washer/dryer combo which was especially nice after struggling to get clothes dry in previous accommodations. The cabins were a perfect peaceful place after being in cities!”

“Nous avons passé 3 nuits chez John, tout etait tres bien. Le logement est propre, cosy et confortable. La vue est tres belle et emplacement paisible. Facilité de parking. Rien a redire, nous recommandonsla cabin 2. Juste en cas de vent, pensez a prendre des boules quies, mais ca c est dans toutes les cabanes sur Skye ;) et les 2 derniers 100m de la route est abîmée donc juste attention aux voitures rabaissées . Merci a John, nous avons passé un bon sejour et merci pour le parking motos :)”

“Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once.”

“The hosts came to greet us, even left some food in the refrigerator for us in case we arrived too late to go to the supermarket. The cabin is new, clean, well decorated, quiet environment. The only negative point is the water pressure in the shower. Would recommend to anyone going to the Isle of Skye.”
