"We arrived after a 3-day hiking trip in the Pirin National Park, dirty and tired, so the spa of the hotel was a pleasant experience. "Stor och fin lägenheten i förhållande till priset dock var service och bemötande mycket dåligt. Vi fick byta lägenhet dag två då det läckte in vatten genom taket i den vi bodde i först. Den vi fick istället var äldre, klart mindre och saknade balkong, öppenspis och tvättmaskin. Detta påpekade vi ..."

"Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough.
