“There is not a front desk person. It is self check in and out however you are provided a number if you need anything and they are very prompt at replying and getting whatever you need taken care of. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could need. It was in close walking distance of the Lake Side Beach. The hotel will provide you with 50% off tickets to the beach if you’d like. It is also very easy to walk to all the shopping/restaurants. We would stay here again. ”
